I love these apartments. Well maintained, clean facilities, maintenance is prompt and the staff is excellent. Everyone in the front is helpful and friendly, and the managers Lesly and Veronica always respond quickly and get the job done. Neighbors are nice and the price is great for the location. Definitely give this place a tour if you're thinking about it, you won't regret it.

Huge shoutout to Julio, the Lead Maintenance tech here. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in the property. Every time I’ve had a more complex issue, he’s stepped in to make sure it was fixed right the first time. He’s efficient, respectful, and a big reason why this complex stays running so well. 5 stars for the leadership on the maintenance side!

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is the management team. Lesly, the Assistant Manager, is incredibly professional and always goes out of her way to make sure any concerns are handled quickly and fairly. Flor, the leasing agent, made the move in process so smooth and welcoming she’s always friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. It’s rare to find a front office team that actually cares about the residents, but these two definitely do!

Leslie is one of the best employees I’ve encountered at this company. As an Assistant Manager, she truly went above and beyond during my tour. She made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question thoroughly and professionally. Thank you again, Leslie, for your help and outstanding service. She is a tremendous asset to the team and absolutely deserves a promotion.

Flora and Leslie are awesome! I can tell you from living here for 3 years this team is the BEST!! Rarely any issues and they go above and beyond to make your experience here stress free! The BEST part is walking in that office and having a team care about you and take care of any and all issues ASAP! I can't recommend staying here at Enclave at Prestonwood enough! -Signed Happy 3 year tenant!
