Yianey and the rest of the staff at Breckenridge Point were extremely helpful with my decision to rent here. They were extremely polite and responded to all of my questions quickly and were considerate of my moving timeline and concerns. I highly recommend this property.

We highly regret moving here. At the time we toured, the apartment had amazing reviews and we were unaware they had just been bought and management had changed for the worse. It has been a nightmare since day 1. I tried giving them another chance when management changed but it’s the same. This place is super mismanaged. The gate has been broken and was supposed to be fixed in October 2025… it’s June 2026. One pool is closed and the other is gross-cloudy and dirty. The maintenance is awful. My washer was broken for 5 months. I had no hot water for two weeks. I had black stuff spewing out of my vents for a few weeks. The appliances are AWFUL. My stove and oven are messed up which I’ve put in 3 work orders for and they won’t do anything about it and just ignore me. My vents were supposed to be replaced 2 or 3 months ago… they never were. The floors are so thin the apartment shakes when you walk. You have to hound the leasing office daily to if you need them to do anything otherwise they just ignore it and some of the girls have AWFUL attitudes. They’re very condescending and rude. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t put in work orders when you ask. Half the time the valet trash won’t pick up your trash and won’t give you a reason. There’s unsupervised children jumping out in front of cars and harassing people leaving their bikes everywhere. Living here is exhausting with constant issues and a rude unhelpful leasing office and bad maintenance. We are counting down the days until our lease is up.

I don’t like giving reviews on an apartment, but this place needs to be reviewed. The leasing office personnel were professional because it’s basically their job. Virginia was patient with me and gave us good customer service. Except for Vianey. Every time we talk to her she’s condescending and arrogant. Felt like she’s looking down on us because we are “renters”. We are paying valet trash and our trash is not being picked up. I’m so tired of complaining to them about this issue since we moved in here. I have a medical condition where I shouldn’t be lifting heavy things, but no choice because their valet trash is too lazy to pick up trash. I wonder what if you’re disabled and can’t throw your own trash?! In addition, they kept doing things around the apartments and don’t notify their residents. It’s Saturday and we’re supposed to be relaxing on our day off. But lo and behold, a man power washed our doors for two hours! This guy just kept washing our door almost deliberately and it flooded inside our front door. When we looked outside, our door was still dirty filled with dirt from being over washed. The kids here run around the parking lot and riding their bikes with no regard for other residents. They even have signs to watch for kids playing. I’ve never seen that anywhere but here. Their parents just let them play around with no supervision. Parking lots turned into playground. They leave their bikes in peoples hallway even when the apartment notified (only time I saw a notification) to not leave bikes around. There were kids running around and made prank and banged our door and garage door. The people here are less tolerant for people like us and felt being discriminated here. Overall, it’s a stressful living experience. No wonder there are way too many vacancies.
