Living at Edge at Arlington in Columbus, Ohio has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially due to the lack of reliable heat during the winter months. Not having heat in cold weather is not a minor inconvenience—it’s a basic necessity. Residents should never have to worry about staying warm in their own homes when temperatures are freezing outside.

This is truly the worst place I’ve lived in my entire life. It’s the definition of section 8 housing. The leasing office could literally care less about you and any of your concerns. I had to get on them about signing a lease for me because I needed somewhere to live in a tight timeframe, or else I would’ve never lived here. If you’re a female and looking to live here alone, DONT do it!!!! Men stand in the parking lot fixing their cars all night long and will make comments about you. I vocalized my concerns the whole entire time I lived here and no one ever got back with me or followed up on any concerns. Any concern they said they would resolve were never resolved. It is June and 86° outside in their AC still is not on and working. I have been told since a month ago “tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow” The door codes haven’t been changed in years, Trash lingers around the complex. My friends car was stolen less than a week since I moved here. The leasing office did nothing to help and told me they had to ask tenants for a ring footage, then six months later told me that they can’t ask for any footage from tenants. One singular camera on the WHOLE PROPERTY. None of the lights work outside the property, so don’t expect to be able to see anything at night . Aaron, specifically the property manager, told me that that would be fixed in a week and it has been two months and not followed up on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here besides my worst enemy because it’s the definition of living in hell. Every building smells terrible, it’s never clean and the tenants can do whatever they want. You’ll have kids throwing rocks at your windows, kids throwing rocks in the dog park, and the property management simply said there’s nothing they can do about kids actions. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance team and them actually being caring. They will fix your issues in a decent amount of time and communicate with you. Anyone else? Good luck. I could go on and on and on forever, but I assume you probably got my point. DO NOT LIVE HERE AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE HORRIBLE, LOW MORALE PEOPLE!! Also, the fact that the apartment complex argues with people on Google tells you everything you need to know, they will never communicate with you and do not fulfill any promise promises. I am telling you, this is the worst property management you will have in your whole entire life. Also: aggressive dogs live here and almost in every single building. Be aware, keep your dog on a leash, and never trust other dogs that live there.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Roaches greeted me upon entry, and the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The 'management' is a joke—unresponsive and clearly uninterested in maintaining the property. My toilet was broken for a week, and the noise from other tenants made sleep impossible. Save yourself the misery and avoid this dump at all costs. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived! The conditions of the apartment complex are disgusting and never cleaned. The codes of the doors have never been updated or changed. The parking lot is extremely unsafe especially as a young female living alone. It is almost impossible to ever get a hold of the leasing office for any concerns. When they do answer, nothing is ever fixed and they do nothing to help you with any concern. This is the most unsafe and disgusting place I have ever even stepped foot in. All they care about is money and they will add extra fees to anything to get more money. There is never ac or heat. It is literally like living in hell. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Dirty, old, and ran by a scummy corporation that will try to rook you out of every penny that they can. They will jump at every opportunity to tack on every fee they can. They ac/heat is virtually non existent. Had the pleasure of child running daily track meets directly overhead. Attached photos of the fun situation I had to deal with during my stay, all taken on the same day. Oh and they use nep for power, another scummy company that will charge 2x market rate. Run far away if you have a lick of sense.
