I really like this place. I've been living here for 3 years and the maintenance service is truly very good and efficient. The apartments are very spacious and have an elegant feel. The property is always clean! We have a new manager and I think she's doing an excellent job! Thank you, Greenville Apartments!

Came in was very surprised on how awesome the front two customer service leasing agents were when I walked in the door. Everyone stood up and greeted me saying how wonderful it was for them to assist me sat down with Jaylen gave me good deals and specials, and I got introduced with the assistant manager Aaliyah she did an amazing job giving detailed breakdown and specials with me. Also, the office manager came out and introduced herself to me as well which Catherine was a very genuine sweet office manager. She also offered great prices and specials and she also did mention that her staff is always available to answer. Any questions or concerns and walk-ins are welcome. Gave me her email address as well. I was just amazed on how wonderful the full staff was. I even met a Wilson main maintenance was so polite! This is the first property that I visited that I met full staff to introduce me with excitement. I’m so ready to go on with applying!!!!! I just renewed my lease for the 2nd time since moving here June 2023 the staff are top tier in customer service and kindness. I had a water issue with my bill due to a meter issue and the new management took care of it and since having new management they have been incorporating fun activities for the community today was the resident pool party it was really nice they served food, drinks and did raffles! They have a lot of fun things planned coming up and I enjoy the ppl that live here it’s a very friendly neighborly environment. My neighbors in my building we all look out for each other and I’ve never had issues with anyone since living here. I would encourage anyone to live here it’s like our private little oasis of community. Yes parking is sometimes a hassle but I got a garage and my guests rarely have a problem with finding parking.
