BEWARE! Do not live here. This place will tell you its luxury but the bottom line is it is not. The leasing staff is not very friendly they are rude and dismissive. The rates will go up without you knowing and you will pay way more money for less value. Do not be fooled like I was. The place is trashy and they never clean the breeze ways appropriately, they "power wash" it but just looks like they pay someone a dollar to make the ground wet. Very unprofessional. Live somewhere else! Do yourselves a favor. And when they show you a tour go around the place and look for yourself. They will only show you the nice parts. Not to mentions the break ins. The broken gate and when its broken its broken for awhile! The "security" walks around then leaves. The fence between this apartment and the other apartment is contantly being kicked in so anyone can come over and find what they want... Disappointed

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Aaliya for all of her help throughout my moving process. Moving can be stressful, but Aaliya made the experience so much smoother with her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist every step of the way. I've been a resident here at District of Greenville apartments since 2010 and happy to call it home. It's got a great location near grocery store, and typical things you need. As well as close to 635 and hwy 75. The management team & maintenance staff has always been polite and handled my issues in a quick efficient manner. Kudos to Justin, Hugo, Wilson, and Eric for jobs well done. I really appreciate you! Much Thanks.
