We had an issue with being turned over to two different collection agencies and both were in error. Mike was able to review the proof we had and get both companies to completely remove the marks against our credit. It took several calls and he was great working through it!

Blanca and Mike at Riviera Apartments provide excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a very polite smile and felt welcomed right away. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. Great experience overall!

if you love yourself don’t move here for the past 8 months I’ve been dealing with what sounds like animals likely rats , squirrels or raccoons moving inside my walls for months especially at the vent area The noises are VERY loud, constant, and happen at random times of the day, including early morning around 11am and again in the evening around 6pm. It’s extremely disturbing, especially if you live upstairs. I’ve already provided photo evidence showing holes in the wall and noises coming from the vent area, but the apartment staff still hasn’t given me any timeline for when this will be fixed. The lack of urgency is unacceptable. they don’t do nothing This issue is now affecting my sleep, my health, and my ability to feel safe in my own father’s apartment No resident should have to live with animals inside their walls while management ignores the problem.
