Preston Heights Apartments

I stumbled across Preston Heights purely by chance years ago, and I recently had a chance to stop by and get a tour as I was weighing some moving options. I am unable to stop gushing at how AMAZING Cheryl and Sydney were. We encountered Cheryl on our very first visit. She was a minefield of info, and she was able to answer every question we had, and gave us a tour and history of Preston Heights. Cheryl is also the reason why I have started hiking in McKinney thanks to her awesome recommendation. She is the reason I had finalized my decision on Preston Heights. Sydney was also AMAZING- not only did she give us a second tour (I tend to visualize places and needed to see the space again) she also answered all the questions we had. We unfortunately did not end up leasing due to some last minute constraints, but Preston Heights will definitely be a future place that I will call home. Thank you Cheryl and Sydney for going above and beyond! Preston Heights based on our observations was quiet, clean, and it is centrally located.

Went to view an apartment at Preston Heights and met with Leasing Agent, Sydney. She was an absolute dream! She was patient, answered all of my questions, and followed up with me. She was very professional and thorough! Hopefully my favorite layout becomes available and I get to work with her again!

I have lived at Preston Heights Apartments for over a year and have enjoyed it immensely! The complex is quite and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I have had nothing wrong, broken, or not working in my apartment. I will be renewing my lease!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Preston Heights! I’ve lived here since August 2024, and it has truly been a great place to call home. The staff are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept. I really appreciate how peaceful and well-managed the community is. It’s easy to feel comfortable here, and I’ve never really had any issues. Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived! I highly recommend! Renewed once and will most likely renew again!

This place is trash!!! For “luxury” apartments I had roaches… I called them several times to come out and help with the water leak and nothing. I had to fix it myself, there were other issues and they never came out because they don’t care. But they are really good at taking rent money on time and stealing your money by adding extra charges. Cheryl is by far the worst person I’ve ever come across and I’ve met some horrible people in my life. Whatever you do save your money and headache they don’t care.
