Preston Bend

Preston Bend is a wonderful place to live — peaceful, pleasant, and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities I need, and its spacious layout makes it a truly special home for me.

I’ve proudly called Preston Bend home for nearly 25 years, and that kind of longevity speaks volumes. Over the years, I’ve never had issues with noise or crime, which says a lot about the peaceful environment and sense of security here. The maintenance staff is always prompt and attentive, and the management team has consistently shown kindness and professionalism. One of the things I appreciate most is the number of long-time residents—like myself—which is a true reflection of the community’s commitment to its people. The grounds are clean, the landscaping is well-kept for the area, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Simply put, I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience at Preston Bend. It’s more than just an apartment complex—it’s home.

I moved from Florida last year and Sherry was very responsive and helpful with the move in. She sent me the apartment images and made the move in very smooth. The leasing and maintenance team is really very nice, quick and responsive. I’ve had some minor issues in my apartment which were fixed the same day. The community is very quiet and right off Preston road. It is an older community but for the rent the price is worth it. My favorite amenity is the car wash with vacuum which is free. The basketball court and hot tubs are also very clean. I did have some issues with the AC noise , but this can be considered subjective. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
