Destinee and Brooke are great! They’ve created a much more friendly and welcoming office environment. Maintenance is also great..always helpful and responsive.

Since Destinee became the new property manager, I’ve noticed a clear and positive change at this community. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of, and it truly shows in the way she manages the property. I’ve personally seen her here on weekends, even Sundays, making sure issues are handled and that residents’ concerns don’t go overlooked. That kind of dedication is rare, and it really makes a difference. What stands out the most is her attentiveness and willingness to listen. Whenever I have a question or concern, she takes the time to address it and follows through until it’s resolved. With the amount of attention and care this property needs, I feel confident that it’s in good hands with her leadership. I’m very glad the company chose her to manage Northwest Hills, because the improvements are already noticeable and appreciated

Northwest Hills is definitely going through some much-needed renovations, and it really shows. I truly appreciate the community changes and upgrades that are being made, and it’s one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease. For a while, it felt like the property had been forgotten, but it’s clear now that real effort is being put into improving the community. The updates make a big difference, and it’s refreshing to see positive changes taking place.

I’ve lived at Northwest Hills for quite some time, and I can honestly say that the new property manager, Destinee, is by far the most attentive we’ve had. For a while, many of my maintenance requests went unrecognized or unaddressed, but since she’s taken over, she has worked diligently to make sure all of my concerns are handled. I truly appreciate her effort and dedication to improving the community

Worst Apartments I’ve Ever Lived In! 2025 I Do Not Recommend AnyBody To Live Here! Maintenance Is HORRIBLE! Very Noisy All Through The Night No Mattsr The Time, People Will Be Outside Parking Lot Pimping Bumping Music At 5am Very Disturbing Especially If You Have Children That Goes To school & New Borns, I Highly Don’t Recommend This Apartment! The Residents Do Not Care About Other Residents Or Neighbors! Walls Ate Very Think You Can Hear Everything That Goes On Outside Due To Everybody Living Rooms Facing Parking Lot! All Of Their Apartments Are Infested With Rats & Roaches! They Charge A Maintenance & Trash Fee Your Paying $1075 In Rent It’s Not Worth It! Paying For Washer & Dryer In Unit But No Washer & Dryer Comes In Unit For 1 Maintenance Never Comes And Do their Jobs Correctly, The Maintenance Men Leave Trash All After “fixing” stuff all Over the complex but want the residents to pay for maintenance and trash fee?? Noise Complaints Had Been Put In But Nothing Has Changed! These Apartments Are Very Ghetto & If You Have. children and infants This Is Not The Apartment Complex You Want To Live In! No Celing Fans Or Lights Comes in any of the bedrooms you basically have to buy lamps for your rooms! the price isn’t worth these apartments.. 2/10 definitely don’t recommend
