McCallum Highlands

I lived here for about 6 years, just moved out in April, and out of state. We would have stayed even longer if we could have. This place was amazing, any maintenance issues were always handled promptly. The maintenance team really does go above and beyond for the property. Neighbors always friendly in passing, and kept to themselves, a lot of my neighbors were my neighbors the entire time we lived here so there are long term tenants here. The neighborhood in general is amazing and quiet. Very convenient for shopping in every direction. Rent for this area is fairly priced. The only down fall is I wish could have gotten some upgrades in the unit during my stay. Like carpet, appliances, cabinets. Especially with it being 6 years in the same unit. I honestly am missing it, my new apartments can’t compare to the comfort and homey vibes I got here. I would definitely come back to stay.

I lived here for three years. The apartment complex is in a great location, safe environment (this was important as a single woman at the time), and clean. When I needed maintenance, they would come the same day. The staff were always helpful. When I moved out, they were lenient on the paint/wall patches. If you live here, keep in mind it’s an old building so there is a bit of poor insulation, carpet, and a popcorn ceiling to deal with, but for the price, location, and everything else you get, I enjoyed my cozy little space.

Everything was cool until they showed me an apartment that smelled bad like dog poop.and the move cost was too expensive.I would not recommend these to anyone.The management team has no education.they couldn't even help with a rental release form.

I have had a great experience living at McCallum Highlands Apartments. Tracy, the property manager, is extremely kind, professional, and always welcoming. She is very responsive to any questions or requests and truly makes residents feel valued. The entire team is friendly, respectful, and committed to providing excellent service. Maintenance and office staff are always helpful, and the community is well-managed and comfortable to live in. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and positive atmosphere here, and I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
