Lockwood Heights

I have lived at Lockwood Heights for 6 weeks. 90% of my service requests have not been completed. The one for my deadbolt has been issued 3 times, the dishwasher hasn’t worked since move in, the granite in my “upgraded unit” is cracked and stained and these requests have been sitting untouched since 5/15. I was told by the previous manager that a dishwasher and granite was ordered over a month ago. The last staff stayed for three days and quit. There’s now a new lady in the office. I have 0 faith anything will get done. Beware of this company. They will up charge for a “renovated unit” that looks like nothing been changed but a coat of paint and ignore work orders. Also, there’s a dog on the patio next door who lives outside, pooping and peeing and barking at all hours making my patio completely unusable. My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. My physical requests ignored. I’m stuck in the lease for another 12 months after multiple attempts at getting things rectified.

Maria and Christine make a great team. I appreciate their kindness. I feel happy in these apartments. I hope they stay here and come rent; it's a very nice property.
