Legacy North Apartments

If there is a 0 star I would rate 0. Absolutely the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The elevator in our building has been out of service for 4 MONTHS, and every update from management is the same recycled message with no actual resolution in sight. We live on the 4th floor and have been forced to climb stairs every single day while management continues to push timelines and excuses. What makes this even worse is how resident concerns are handled. Once you’re locked into a lease, it feels like the only thing that matters is collecting rent and fees. There is little urgency, little accountability, and no real concern for how these issues affect residents. We previously had to move units because of serious issues in another building, and now we are dealing with a completely different problem that has dragged on for months. Since PAC took over, the experience has only gotten worse. If you are apartment hunting in Plano, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The property may look nice during a tour, but you won’t see how management responds when something major goes wrong until you’re already stuck here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This property has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I have ever had. Living on the 4th floor without reliable elevator access has turned simple daily activities into a constant burden. The response from management has been incredibly disappointing. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, residents are met with policy explanations, delays, and a complete lack of urgency. The saddest part is that this wasn’t our first issue here. We have dealt with problems in multiple buildings, and every time there seems to be a new excuse but never a lasting solution. Since the transition to PAC, things have gone from bad to worse. At this point, I cannot recommend this community to anyone. There are far too many apartment options in Plano to take the risk of ending up here.

This place has completely broken my trust as a resident. For over FOUR MONTHS, the elevator in our building has been out of service. Every few weeks we receive another update, another explanation, another excuse, yet nothing changes. If you live on the upper floors, be prepared to carry groceries, packages, laundry, and everything else up and down multiple flights of stairs every single day. What frustrates me most is the attitude. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no ownership of the problem. It feels like residents are expected to simply accept whatever inconvenience comes their way while continuing to pay full rent. Since PAC took over, things have gone downhill fast. This community has become a constant source of stress and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice before signing a lease.

Do NOT be fooled by the rating. Living here has been one long cycle of problems, excuses, and broken promises. The elevator serving our building has been down for months and there is still no meaningful resolution. Every communication sounds like a template, every update pushes responsibility somewhere else, and residents are left dealing with the consequences. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of urgency. Four months without a working elevator in a building with upper-floor apartments is unacceptable. Instead of fixing the issue, management seems far more interested in quoting lease policies and collecting fees than addressing the impact on residents. This community has become a perfect example of how quickly a property can decline when management loses focus on the people actually living there. I would never recommend this apartment to friends, family, coworkers, or anyone looking for a place to call home.

The leasing office management changed recently and I see a huge difference non of the maintenance request or complaints are addressed on time, I raise a complaint and they send us a confirmation email that's all end of story, trash cans are always full , we see garbage and dogs poops everywhere, swimming pools are not cleaned , residential parking is used by commercial customers and outsiders all the time no action is taken even after multiple complaints and no accountability for any complaints pathetic
