This is the best place I have ever rented and I have rented many in 60 years. The staff is very accomidating, knowledgeable, and quick at addressing issues. All of the staff is very kind and show they care. The pool is outstanding. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy a good book. I only wish I had moved here years ago. I have enjoyed Indian Lakes for about 6-7 years now. Come join us today!

UPDATE- you had security drive through a couple times a night for like 4 days and then they stopped again. So it’s only a matter of time before it happens again since you guys clearly do not care enough to hire your own security to ensure the safety and security of your tenants. It’s also extremely convenient that responses to good reviews get a managers name and contact info attached to the response. But any and ALL responses to bad reviews like mine, we just get words, no manager names or contact info, almost like you don’t want to ever follow up or deal with conversations and complaints such as these. Poor business practice, and poor management. Good management address concerns in a timely matter and provide long term solutions, not temporary solutions to make them seem like you’re taking the complaints seriously. So with the SEVERE lack of action on your part, you have proven my earlier statement- you don’t care about your tenants and their safety, you only care about the money, absolutely disgusting way to run a business and what a deplorable attitude to have towards the tenants you claim to care about. DO NOT BECOME A TENANT. YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE HERE. 25 buildings with roughly 36 apartments in each one. 900 apartments at over $1000 a month in rent and people cars are getting broken into EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. and they do NOTHING. Every night for the last 7-8 days there is at least one vehicle being broken into, leaving broken and shattered glass all over the parking lots- which no one has done anything to clean up at all either by the way. No security, no cameras, no safety measures at ALL. Go inform them that one of our vehicles had the windows busted out and THOUSANDS of dollars worth of tools and equipment stolen and all they tell us is “well the more people that report this kind of thing, the more we’re able to get a security vehicle to drive through at night” 1.) that security vehicle does one pass through around 11-12 at night and then leaves. That does NOTHING to protect us and our vehicles or deter thieves. 2.) WHY are you waiting for people to lose their belongings and have hundreds of dollars in damage to our vehicles before you do anything about it? Why are the tenants forced to suffer loss and have to pay hundreds-thousands of dollars to fix their vehicles and replace stolen property and you guys sit and do NOTHING about it? What are we paying THOUSANDS in rent a year for? Your excuse for having no cameras is that this is public property, so your solution should be to hire your own security and yet you choose to sit by and continue to let people’s vehicles be vandalized and personal property stolen every night. Will NOT be renewing my lease, and I have spoken to SEVERAL neighbors whose vehicles have also been broken into, and they also are in agreement- when it comes time to renew, we all will be moving elsewhere since you have chosen to sit back and do nothing while your tenants suffer major loses. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by managements lack of care, consideration, and overall willingness to help us out by implementing ANY sort of system to try and prevent this from continuing to happen. We as tenants have done our part by notifying police and the office, when are you as management going to step up, do your part, and do your JOB??
