Sarah in the office gave us a tour, and we were super impressed with everything. All the amenities and seeing how well the property is maintained had us sold. Sarah was very informative throughout the whole tour and was able to answer all of our questions. We are really hoping to call this place our home soon!

We just got our apartment and the experience has been amazing so far! Rosa was absolutely incredible-she got us in the same day and made the entire process smooth and stress free! The apartment community is very welcoming, spacious and well kept! The prices are also great! There’s plenty of space to walk your dogs, which we love, including a nice dog park. Overall we couldn’t be happier and are excited to call this home!

I've been here going on 3 months. Love living here and my overall experience has been great. The office staff is very kind and responsive and has handled all of my needs promptly since the moment I applied for an apartment. My apartment is super cozy and I love everything about it. Haven't had issues with neighbors. Everyone is generally nice that I've come in contact with.

I am going thru a divorce and I was looking for an apartment that was safe, in a nice area that I could move into immediately that has a reasonable price to it. Well, Arlington Farms has blown me away with all that and more. All the onsite amenities are amazing, it’s like the Marriott of Apartment communities and I know this because after traveling for work for the past two years and being loyal to the Marriott Hotel Brand I got lucky found an apartment complex that meets the same standards as the long term stay upscale Marriotts but at half the price. So, If you are moving to Greenwood or the Southside of Indy and need a place to call home make sure to check out Arlington Farms you won’t be disappointed.

I love my home! The space is amazing ! So much cabinet space, with a beautiful island. The bathrooms are gorgeous! Club house fully equipped! Starbucks station and more! I could go on about how gorgeous this property is! Also the ladies in the office are super sweet and helpful!! Definitely a Greenwood Gem !
