I do not advise moving into this place. I’ve been here for about 7-8 months now and every day is constant stomping around from the people above me at all hours of the day and night. I’ve put in multiple complaints and have sent multiple videos in which they say they can not hear what I’m hearing. I can’t wait to be out of this place for good.

I'm not receiving anything for posting this. I'll be renewing my lease. I was hesitant about apartments after living in my owned house the past 10 years, and I looked at several places prior to choosing here. Due to some of the negative reviews, I only did a 6mo lease to start. However, I've had a great experience with the office staff (Jessica, Layne) as well as maintenance, who are quick to respond to questions and any issues. It's been quiet for me and felt safe. The prices are comparable to other apartments, especially with an attached garage. The gym is sometimes crowded and some machines have been down, but it's clean when I go. If you need to break your lease, it could be a bit costly, but that is the case for most lease terms. I'd still recommend the 12+ month lease which usually saves money, especially if there's a promotion for new residents.

No need to identify me you are all horrible people. My family has trauma from this management and how they treat residents who deal with the constant and ongoing issues they create. Nothing good worth choosing this complex over the next crappy one.

I have been living here during the past 2 years and have to say the maintenance guys are awesome! After this past weekend’s thunderstorm, a bunch of our appliances stop working, including the dishwasher and dryer, so we submitted a request and the guys were here first thing in the morning the next day. They were able to fix everything quick and they were always super nice and professional. Thank you very much for your hard work! I love it here!
