I want to give James In maintenance and Efrain in the office a shout out. Efrain has worked quickly to my needs since the first day I met him. And James in maintenance came out today after my work order was submitted today and was amazing he asked all the appropriate questions and worked accordingly fixed all my problems Thank you so much both of you.💖 new tenant here # Y’all the bomb.com 😊

I stayed here for a work contract this summer and had a great experience! The location is very convenient and right along a highway so you have access to a lot of places. The amenities are great, the pool and garden areas are very scenic, and I used the gym often. But by far the best part of my stay was the helpful staff who were always willing to help and answered all my questions. Leslie, especially, went above and beyond and always maintained great communication and made me feel very supported. The room itself was spacious, although there was a lingering stale scent in it that I couldn’t quite get used to. The hallways are also pretty run down but not a huge issue for me. One other area for improvement would be the scent of weed that is noticeable all over the parking lots. If that doesn’t bother you then it won’t be an issue. Overall, it was a great location with amazing staff and I was super grateful for the chance to stay there!!

My mom and I are really considering moving here after our experience. She was station here for training. The property was kept very clean, it wasnt alot of traffic, shes a little anti social so she didnt see many neighbors at all which she liked. its very quite and peaceful! Efrian was always there when we came to the office. I really appreciated the way he handles us. Even though she was under a corporate leasing, after getting a clearance and verifying her booking. Efrain treated us like residents!!! When he could've just brushed us off and tell us to communicate with our "host" which by the way....is only by email and it just takes time to get a response. He didnt make us go through tricks and hurdles for our small requests! THAT is what you call hospitality service!

This place has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve been here almost two years and May I add that it’s been two years of begging them to fix items in my apartment. I consider myself to be a very clean tenant, but it’s hard to feel extremely clean when you open up your front door, and there are literally dozens of roaches coming into your apartment up under the door. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and they just recently fixed my back door, which was unable to be locked or closed completely for almost a year and a half. I have to beg them to change the AC filter filters, which are not done regularly. And I don’t even wanna talk about the garbage can, which is so neglected that it’s ridiculous. But here is my primary complaint thus far…. I put in a maintenance request because my dryer went out and I had about three or four loads that were getting ready to mildew. I begged them several times to come and fix the dryer because I feel like the heating element that went out. He finally comes and switches out the sensor for the dryer only for the following week for the dryer to go out again and not bring in hot air. So now I have been left to go back-and-forth to my neighbors to use their dryer so that my clothes won’t meal due because they have yet to come and fix the dryer after several text messages telling them that it wasn’t fixed the first time and begging them almost pleading with them to come and fix the dryer The second time. I have lupus, and the stress of this apartment complex has drove me insane. Whenever you ask for anything to be fixed, all they tell you is “corporate doesn’t give us a budget to fix that” . I’m really saddened about this whole experience because truly I adore the staff….. But aesthetically from the outside this place is beautiful but once you come in from the inside its the project. The homeless run in and out of here constantly Like they live here …Packages were stolen outside of my door several times, The gate and the key fobs rarely works in fact, my key fob has been switched out at least four times and it doesn’t work to this day. I want you to just imagine paying almost $2000 in rent a month and not being able to utilize your dryer and having to take your clothes down the street to a laundromat to dry your clothes so they won’t mildew! OVER IT to be honest.

I just have to say Christopher (Mgr) is the BEST of the BEST!! He is very patient and has a lot of empathy (most mgrs dont). He made sure that I was taken care of. I’m now in my new apartment and it’s just PERFECT like him. He went with me and we did the walk through and I just couldn’t believe my eyes!!! The wait was definitely WORTH IT!! I been here for a long time and I CAN say I haven’t seen a Manager at City North like him. I could stay another 3/4 years!! Thanks Christopher (Hearts of good Service) 💜♥️💜♥️👋👋👋
