Senlida she is a new Manager.she is the sweetest apartment manager,she is a big helper , she and Ms kei they explained everything well and we have been with Camelot one year also i have a good experience thank you for everything ❤️

Excellent Customer Service from Flower, the Manager! I recently inquired about an apartment and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Flower, the manager. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her responsiveness and genuine care in making sure I had all the information I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also truly values potential residents and treats them with such respect and courtesy. Even though I’m still in the decision-making process, Flower’s outstanding service has made a lasting impression. I highly recommend reaching out if you're considering this property—you’ll be in great hands!

Flower was amazing! She was so nice and welcoming when I called about the property. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me great information about why it’s such a nice place to live. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out — she made me feel confident that this would be a great place to call home.

Hi I’m so amazed of a new manager on property Flor. I been there a month in a half. She is on top of her job this was the right choice to have Flor as manager. I love my apartment. I’m glad I made the right choice to move to Camelot. Keep up the good work Flor you’re doing great 😊

Lived here for a few years and had seen different managers for the past few years.Jeffrey was a sneaky evil person.That took advantage of people.He would treat you nice at the beginning of signing but when renewal came he change dates of starting lease and prices and over fees.He took off pest control too. We still get charged but no one comes. There’s no respect for kids playground area and dogs go use that zone for feces.He never clean the pool or care for people. During summer the pool stayed closed for most of the time. This new manager that came after him is the laziest, careless person. But I have to say at least she is honest. A lot of lights are out outside doors and by trash cans. It’s dark in night time. The only good positive I can say is, they put insulation to doors , windows and attic. And it made a difference. Please owners do better with management. And all those unnecessary fees that managers keep making up.
