Resumen de reseñas con IA
This property management company receives mixed reviews, with many tenants highlighting excellent experiences with individual staff members who are responsive, professional, and helpful with maintenance requests and property inquiries. Several long-term tenants also praise the company for maintaining properties well and addressing issues promptly. However, a recurring concern for some tenants, particularly in certain properties, involves challenges with communication, slow or inadequate maintenance responses—especially for critical issues like AC or hot water—and concerns about property upkeep and security, including issues with gates and pest control. Prospective tenants should thoroughly document property conditions and be diligent in tracking all communication and financial dealings.

Everytime I have ever had a question or issue, Butler has handled it quickly and promptly. A+ communication.

My air wasn't cooling for almost a week. I notified the maintenance manager and he followed up with me after the owner stated they would handle it. It was a holiday week and he sent some one within days. I appreciated it so much. My hot flashes had me so miserable.

I lived in a complex that Butler Property Company purchased for the last year we were there. The decay was instant. What had been a welcoming, safe, clean community was neglected and ignored. They allowed tenants in that were less than unsavory. Suddenly none of the gates worked and any and all addicted and unhoused individuals were in and out of our small complex like it was a shelter. More than once a week we would walk into our extremely small 1 washer 1 dryer laundry room to find an unhoused or addicted individual sleeping inside. Sometimes they'd even go so far as to lock the door so at least you didn't have the unpleasant surprise of walking in on them. Inside our unit the hot water would "randomly" go out once a month and we'd have to message managment over and over for it to be notice/rectified. Another issue we'd never experienced until they bought it. Our air conditioner also experienced this sporadic operability with our unit sometimes reaching 85 degrees. At one point our dishwasher stopped working and we were told management wouldn't fix it because it was considered a "LuXuRy ApPlIAnCe"... A dishwasher. In a $1500 """luxury""" apartment the size of a large shoebox. After four months of begging them to fix it via their app and being ignored they finally sent out a very confused and discombobulated service tech who brought us a new dishwasher but didn't know how to unhook the old one - so he left the new one (still in box) sitting in our already cramped apartment for another month. Another different service tech was sent out who eventually did replace the dishwasher oN THE LAST MONTH OF OUR LEASE. We couldn't get out fast enough and after notifying managment of our impending departure they tried to tell us that we'd actually signed a 12 month lease instead of the 6 month we had a literal signed copy of. They tried telling us if we moved out of the unit we'd be fined for desertion... After we brought their "mistake" to their attention they eventually dropped it. No apology of course. Do I even have to tell you they didn't return our deposit? Or did you already guess that... Our once dreamlike community became their cow for milking so they could buy up homes across DFW and rent them out. Other than collecting your rent, your home will go neglected and ignored if you decide to rent with Butler Property Company.
