Very understanding staff. They're very friendly and prompt about answering questions. Very quiet and spacious. I feel very safe here. I thought about leaving, but im staying here!

It is a very nice and clean and quiet place to live. The people there are very friendly and nice.

On the fence about this. We are homeowners and have concerns about traffic, light pollution (bright security lighting is blinding) and on-street parking obscuring safe ability to pull out of our street. The proximity to an elementary school is also a concern for extra pedestrian traffic safety. In addition the 25mph speed limit is totally ignored on NoLi and Avon Avenue. We need more enforcement of this for the safety for all..

Resident since December of 2019. Have to say? Lovely place. The staff work with you as much as they can, and the neighbours keep mostly to themselves. If you're religious, there's three churches nearby, two of which provide food for the neighbourhood if that's something you need. As a less professional note, the people here are so friendly that it's insane. They're willing to help out no matter how absurd the issue is. Sometimes, I go down to the front office and just chat because I don't get out much otherwise. It's a really relaxed vibe, and as long as you fulfill your obligations it's a great place to live. Oh, and the laundromat has free drying on Wednesdays. So that's another bonus.

I was checking out a few different options for my Grandmother who will be relocating sometime this year and out of all the places I called this one was the friendliest and the most welcoming! I spoke with a Charity and she was able to answer all of my questions without feeling like I was being rushed. I feel like they actually care about their renters not just the money!
