I had a disappointing experience due to inconsistent information provided over the phone. When I initially called the leasing office, I was told that my agent could tour AMLI Frisco Crossing the same day as long as we arrived before 5:30 PM. Based on that information, I came to the leasing office before that time. After arriving, I called the leasing office again and spoke with a different representative. At that point, I was told that an agent tour for AMLI Frisco Crossing was not available and that only a self guided tour for AMLI Ballpark could be scheduled, with an in-person agent tour available the next day instead. When I explained that I had already been told over the phone that an agent tour was possible that day, I was asked for the name of the person who gave me that information. As a prospective resident, it is difficult to remember the name of every representative spoken to over the phone, and this added to the frustration. Overall, the conflicting information and lack of clarity were disappointing and caused me to lose interest in leasing here. Clearer and more consistent communication would greatly improve the experience for future prospects. Because of this, I am leaving a one-star rating. This review reflects my honest experience.

Amli Frisco Crossing has been a very enjoyable living experience. The management made the move in process very easy. Maintenance team is always prompt and has always arrived within a day. Having the garage parking is a huge plus in the DFW area as well

I've only been living at Frisco Crossing for two months, and I love it! I moved from out of state, and the office staff were super helpful throughout the entire moving process. My one bedroom/one bathroom unit is beautiful and has a shocking amount of closet space. A huge plus is having free garage parking. Once you get the hang of the streets around the property, it's easy to navigate when the traffic pattern is changed for events. I love being close to everything, the location is incredibly convenient. I hope to live here for a lot longer than my 12 month lease.

Do not live here. My wife and I endured two years at this property, and if we could go back, we wouldn’t have stayed past the first lease. The first year was manageable despite the awkward layout, but everything changed—for the worse—when Frisco Crossing’s management was moved to the Ballpark. From that point on, the problems were relentless. Fire alarms in Building 1 went off multiple times, sometimes at night, with no explanation. The power would flicker on and off, and sometimes go out for hours. The south parking garage gate? Broken more often than not. There were emergency maintenance notices sent with less than a day’s warning, leaving residents scrambling—especially those with pets. The on-site management was rude, unhelpful, and indifferent to residents’ concerns. And don’t even bother trying to live here in December. The traffic from the light park turns this place into a nightmare—it’s a gridlocked mess every evening from the start of November through the new year. By the end of year two, we were beyond fed up. There was no chance we were going to renew. This place is poorly run, constantly broken, and completely inconsiderate of the people who pay to live there. Save yourself the frustration—look somewhere else. However, maintenance is EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They respond promptly to requests and make every effort to solve any issues you may have in your unit. The landscape is also well attended to.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great amenities and incredible team! I just moved in to AMLI Frisco Crossing and can genuinely say moving here was one of the best decisions I've made. A large part of the reason I decided to live here was both the nice area (beautiful sidewalks and tons of trees - like living in a park) as well as all the other great reviews both of the property and the management. Throughout the entire process from inquiring about leasing to signing and moving in, the team at Frisco Crossing has been the very definition of exemplary. It's evident in their up-beat personalities, professionalism and responsiveness that they genuinely care about the residents and creating top-tier living experience. This has truly made it feel like a real community with great communication, all sorts of events to get involved, and of course the top-notch amenities (two spectacular pools, a large professional quality gym/fitness center, nearby ballpark and ice rink). Overall, I would highly recommend checking out AMLI Frisco Crossing. It checks all the boxes. Spectacular (and reasonably priced) apartment homes, tons of amenities, very clean/safe grounds and surrounding area, and exceptional staff that go above and beyond to truly make you feel at home and a valued member of the community.
