AMLI Addison

I would like to provide feedback regarding an incident involving a leasing office staff member on January 13, between approximately 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. For identification purposes, the individual is a woman with a medium build, wearing jeans at the time, with dark hair and a tan to darker complexion. During this time, I experienced behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and, at times, felt like harassment. While I was on the first floor, the staff member appeared to follow behind me. She then followed me toward the hallway door, where she stopped, appeared to hide, and watched from a distance. This behavior continued as I moved toward the workout area. Approximately two hours later, I observed the same individual again following me across different floors of the building, continuing until the top floor. The repeated nature of this behavior felt intrusive and inappropriate. Additionally, when my fiancée later visited the leasing office, her interaction with this same staff member was confusing and unprofessional. The staff member appeared to create or enforce rules that did not align with standard policies and provided explanations that did not make sense. When my fiancée asked direct, legally appropriate questions for clarification, the staff member then stated that these actions were directed by her manager, which did not seem consistent with how the situation was previously presented. Overall, these interactions raised concerns regarding professionalism, consistency, and appropriate conduct toward residents. This experience affected our comfort and trust while interacting with the leasing office

AMLI Addison as a complex is pretty nice and maintained. The leasing office is great and helpful and the maintenance guys are amazing. BUT, sadly the maintenance guys are amazing because more and more stuff is breaking in apartments and around the complex. The complex is not getting any newer and it is showing its age. I noticed online rates are going way up which is troubling as there is nothing inherently new and improved being done. They are charging more for the same stuff that’s not breaking from being 5 years old. I would get better value for your money elsewhere!

I had a wonderful experience at AMLI Addison! I met Autumn Dodge at the front desk, and she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She went above and beyond, listened and made me feel right at home. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. Highly recommend AMLI Addison!

I moved into AMLI about 2 months ago and I can say that I have never been happier! The leasing office is amazing from the start of my application to finish. Haley was wonderful. I previously lived in Uptown and was surrounded by chaos and neighbors who partied constantly. AMLI is so quiet and filled with professionals like myself. The star of the show is the maintenance team!!! Cesar, Joey and Enrique are awesome, they are so responsive and top notch. I had an issue with my fridge going out when I was out of town and they showed up immediately within me calling to fix it so I didn't come home to food that was spoiled. Overall 10 stars for AMLI Addison!!!!!

Kylie, the rocking queen 👑 and warmest, kindest leasing professional 🗒️📤📈 who is excellent at planning smart and customizing our rooms at tricky arrangements. My future fiancé is living in AMLI Addison, but I live in Quad. After talking to Kylie, we happily re-pivoted to a cute 1-bedroom with den and will move in together in Quad! ⭐️ Kylie is so efficient at resolving leasing issues by connecting the dots and keeps us very happy and reassured. She made us feel home 🏡 and so welcomed 🥰! Our Love ❤️ story will continue at AMLI!
