7900 at Park Central

I don’t live here, but my sister and my mom do, and I’m sharing an update based on their experience. Unfortunately, they still haven’t fixed the problems. Management does not help resolve anything, and they are trying to prevent them from moving to another apartment unless they pay extra fees—which would only make sense if the apartment were actually livable. This apartment is not livable. There are serious issues affecting their health and daily life. For example, foam is coming out of the toilet (see photo). How is that safe? No one should have to live in conditions like this or risk getting sick. The management has been unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of fixing the problems, they ignore them and make the situation more stressful. I would not recommend living here unless you want constant stress, poor management, and unsafe living conditions.

I'm very happy because Alejandro Pena, the maintenance guy, helped me a lot. He was super attentive and very grateful for his service.

Alejandro was so nice when I went to him for help about something that had broken in my apartment. He explained why it wasn’t working and said he would speak with the others to come fix it. I appreciate his help!

Juan O and Juan M have been consistently excellent whenever I’ve submitted a service request. They respond quickly, arrive on time, and complete the work efficiently. They also make sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving everything neat. On top of that, they’re very polite, communicate clearly, and always greet with a friendly attitude. Really appreciate their professionalism!
