Zach is very helpful and good to holding conversation. Sarah is fun and always willing to help. They both have good work ethic

Terrible experience. I’ve been living with leaks, humidity, and mold for two continuous months. The “repairs” were superficial, and the problem persists. It’s unhealthy and dangerous, especially for people with respiratory issues. The security is nonexistent: over 4 packages have been stolen, mailboxes are always open, the cameras are useless, and access points are damaged. They never respond to emails, and the management is rarely available in the office. To top it off, my mom’s car was towed due to a system error, forcing me to pay $220. I’ve wasted time from work chasing answers that never come. Zero accountability, zero security, and zero concern for the residents. I do not recommend it!!!!

**Currently staying here** NOVEMBER 12TH, 2025 UPDATE The location is the main reason I like staying here, but they have rats now 🤦🏾♂️ never seen them before here... I've mentioned this face to face and via email for over a few weeks. So I recorded this little rat video to show all the readers. It really is the best location... You think you're helping by saying something when in reality no one wants to hear it. I don't think anyone in the office lives here though so if that's the case. It makes sense. Either way it'll just stay this way OR Worse. That's the only thing consistent 😮💨 Pros: - It's location -never seen residents argue Cons: -Management swapped out every lease term it seems -The office belittle you for asking questions/informing them about simple things like pest and then mock you to your face or on the phone. (pretty much stops you from even trying)😮💨 -if you put a apt maintenance order in, it'll often be ignored but completed when you check status online -They have reviews deleted or photos removed from said review to create an illusion of "Luxury apts" (This happened with the previous people) ****- Homeless people roam the halls and sleep inside STORAGE UNITS/TRASH SHOOTS with or without gates working (they're often broken)**** I love the location but that's about it sadly, it just keeps getting worse and no one cares about anything. It's just sad... 1st time seeing RATS HERE! (Nov. 2025) BELOW are reviews update through my years being here..\/ August 7th, 2024. This won't make a difference because no matter how many times I've written, no matter how many maintenence req., and no matter how many times the Owners of these apartments change... There is always another reason for me to come back and write. ----------------------------------------- Below are older reviews for previous owners. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Living here isn't the problem. It's literally just dealing with the office and confusion they provide when it comes to money and situations like that which makes staying here a bad experience. Like I said it literally only ever has to do with money though. +1⭐For example I wasn't receiving my mail because I wasn't registered through "Parcel" so management took me to find my delivered packages which was real cool. Maintenance is another thing. Often sending completion emails when they've done nothing. Utilities are added to your rent but if they are late posting it, you'll be charged a late fee. This place is under new management and it pretty much operates the same as the last staff but they are upgrading the apartments so expect prices to go up, and they are nicer. My family and I just recently found this place and we were thinking of staying here with our baby till we get a house but with life providing it's own problems. We'll probably consider our options a lot more now. Other things: Valet trash - they do come through but it's normally real late at night. People normally just leave it outside of their door. I used this service twice but it's a waste of money for me since I take out the trash. I guess this is a service I haven't really seen a need for. +1💫Electricity - They accept any company. If that company disconnects your service, no worries the apartments will provide your energy. The amt will be added to your rent with a fee added for the convenience. This is a great perk where you wouldn't lose your lights. I actually really liked this because if your electricity gets cut off due to... I don't know, someone entering your door number instead of their own. You're safe while you try to figure out how to pay both bills. You should be reimbursed, but both parties will blame the other so prepare for that. All this to say, I really like my apartment and this place in general. Although I think there is probably better out their when dealing with money. So please consider your options. Everything that glitters... (finish the sentence). God Bless you readers 🤗 Ps they don't allow smoking, and watch out for conveience fees

I love Zach , Sarah and Naomi! It has been a pleasure. I moved here in June and they’ve handled things well and very professionally! Naomi is the new manager and you can tell! She def gets things done and is very friendly and understanding. I love that she makes sure the property is kept up to par. Sarah and Zach 10/10!!!!! I’ve never had an issue getting things done and handled here.

BEWARE this place is not for those who enjoy sound sleep loud neighbors, ac units, motorcycles and cars owned by three different companies in a three year span: inland, harbor group and now hilltop impossible to get into contact with the office unless they are open and you can walk down there to talk to someone in person (but remember it doesn’t count if you don’t get it in writing) over flowing trash has become an issue in the last two years, the smell of hot rotting garbage in the summertime is almost unbearable maintenance is okay never seen any roaches but there are ants galore walls are paper thin, fortunately we were on the top floor but I can’t imagine what it’s like living under folks package theft is such an issue that we wouldn’t receive packages here at all, rather make the drive to a family/friends house or a pickup location to ensure stuff isn’t stolen gate never works, operated 25% of the time over 2021-2024 span. we saw so many “we’re ordering the part next week!!!!!” emails but no dice. maybe the parts were stolen from the package room 🤔 homeless people wonder onto the property often gym is tiny and dilapidating. most of the machines don’t work and the ones that do, they use random screws and other miscellaneous items to hold them together crime is rampant, cars stolen from the garage and stolen cars dumped IN the garage which took DPD awhile to clear out so no one could leave from the top floor of the garage for like a day and a half loud, disrespectful neighbors who use the parking garage as their own personal mechanic shop and motorcycle garage/club. if you enjoy being woken up at 2 am multiple nights in a row during the work week to loud motorcycle revving right outside your window, this place is for you! the parking garage is set up so you can drive up to your floor and walk to your apartment which is cool however it’s also 1 lane going both ways. people LOVE to speed around corners and down the single lane with zero regard for anyone else. they recently allowed some person with a car that has an incredibly loud exhaust into the complex, so if it isn’t the motorcycle revving, it’s probably some kid in his dodge charger with a crappy aftermarket exhaust waking you up at all hours of the night rent has consistently increased over $100 every time we resigned our lease, which is crazy considering all the consistent issues and problems that come with living here do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, do not move here. it’s not worth the money they are asking for. I’m convinced no one works in the front office anymore because they are incapable of just about anything other than charging you on the first of the month and sending out invites for community events that literally no one wants. PS moving out of this zip code made my car insurance lower $75 a month, that’s $900 a year! this area is not it.
