Super clean and nice apartment booked via booking dot com. Stocked with everything you may need for your visit such as pots, pans, soap, and etc. Perfect location for visiting DC. Train and bus access to DC but also things to do near by the apartment. Ive only drove to the zoo on my 5 day stay.

Arben, I wanted to convey my sincere thanks for the assistance you provided as Concierge during my recent move. Your coordination to secure the loading dock at Quimby on 23rd on the 8th made it possible to accommodate the movers and save both the movers and me a great inconvenience, despite the very short notice you were given. And your very resourceful problem solving to work around an unscheduled freight elevator shutdown during my final move out on the 13th also saved me a great deal of trouble and expense. In both cases, you were very positive, professional, and accommodating, relieving everyone involved in a high-pressure situation. Sincerest appreciation for your cordial service.

Shoutout to the concierge team for always being warm, welcoming, and professional to both residents and guests who walk through the lobby. Namely Arben, Tiffany, and Laila and co. consistently greet us with a smile and truly make this building feel like home. They take great care of our packages, make guests feel comfortable and welcome, and help create a safe and supportive environment. Their commitment and attention to residents does not go unnoticed—we genuinely appreciate everything they do. And shoutout to Mr. Jackson and the maintenance team as well for always responding quickly to our work orders and emergencies, and checking to make sure things are repaired!

Beautiful apartments and a great location, but I had an unfortunate experience with the concierge during my stay as a guest. I had a package delivered while visiting, and in the past at other apartments, deliveries have been handled without issue. This time, there was confusion with Amazon locating me, which I addressed as soon as I was notified. Despite resolving the situation promptly, I was reprimanded by the concierge both during the delivery and again the following day when I was leaving. I was also incorrectly accused of dropping apartment property when I was only handling my own belongings. The building itself is lovely, but the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a guest.

I’ve been living at The Quimby for a while now, and I really want to say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. The property management team is always friendly and helpful — and I especially want to thank Lalla. Lalla is always warm, kind, and professional. She remembers everyone’s name and always greets you with a genuine smile. When I first moved in, I was confused about how to access the freight elevator, and she kindly walked me through everything and made sure I felt settled. There was also a time when I was sick, and she actually called to check in on me. That kind of care really felt personal — almost like being looked after by family. The Quimby also has a great sense of community. There are always fun events — Halloween parties, Christmas gatherings, and more — which make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. People here are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you’re looking for an apartment that offers not only comfortable living but also a truly caring community and a management team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend The Quimby.
