Touring apartment complexes can be so stressful but I visited this property and toured with Shielyn and it was easily the best experience I’ve had. She was funny and made me feel at ease but extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I wish every property staff member made it this seamless and stress free!

Place is very clean and full of green spaces and threes, apartments have a couple years old but are well maintained, thats the main reason why we choose to live here as we visited other communities and buildings look bad The only thing we don’t like is that apartments on 1st floor get some noise from A/C compressor as they are next to the bedroom window

I had a great experience touring The Oaks at Techridge. I walked through a few units and they were absolutely beautiful and spotless. The wall paint choices and plank flooring really make the rooms feel bright, warm, and inviting—very homey. The team was amazing: super helpful, knowledgeable, and they answered questions I didn’t even get a chance to ask yet. Overall, an incredible staff and a great community. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Had such a great time at this property. Our team stopped by today and got to speak with Gladys at the leasing office; she was so accommodating. 5 star staff and 5 star experience!!!

I’ve lost count with how many apartments I’ve toured in the area before walking into The Oaks at Techridge. So many people nowadays looking down at their phone not even noticing customers walking in and then act like It’s an inconvenience to them to help you. So I started with that to say this! That is not the case here at The Oaks at Techridge. I was greeted not even two steps into the door. The front desk lady ( I wish I would have got her name) was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. From that moment I knew I was in the right place. I met with the Assistant Manager Shielyn Pettey and she was also very welcoming, friendly and just an overall positive vibe and fun. We began the tour of the property. Shielyn answered all my questions. The property is very clean and well kept. After talking over the details I did mention that I had two other tours that day but that I really liked this one so far. I left and did the other tours as scheduled that day. After going over all my notes I moved forward with application process which went so smooth. Even when I had questions over email Shielyn answered them in a timely manner. There was a small issue the day before move in with my original unit but a solution came rather quickly and I’m very thankful of the commitment to high customer service. I could keep going but you’re probably tired of reading by now. I wanted to wait at least a week after moving in to see what it’s really like. So far so good. Oh one more thing, after my 2nd day in I had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed the same day. Super impressed with maintenance. Okay I think I’m done. Have a great day everyone.
