Windsor Creek Apartments is an amazing place to call home. My husband and I lived there for two and a half years and appreciated it every day. Leaving was incredibly hard because this place truly felt like home to us. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community is warm and inviting. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the pool and gym facilities are excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

I hate to leave any less than a 5 star review on a place that I had such outstanding things to say about before today, but after exhausting all possible means of cordial responses to my situation the best I can do is advise future residents. My first day moving into this complex, I received a parking violation from the city of Lubbock where my vehicle was parked over a white line. After bringing it to the front office and explaining that the only spot open to park was infact only open over a line and proving it with photographs of my vehicle, Angie was extremely helpful in having the citation dismissed. She explained to me that the ticket was not written by the officer employed by their complex, and that an anonymous resident had called in and reported my vehicle. After further assessing the situation, the judge told me that that is not what happened. By retaining anonymity a complex is able to continuously write citations and implement fees without inquiring with a resident about a possible misunderstanding. Last week I received a message saying that I was fined $25 for a bag of trash sitting outside my apartment. I immediately asked my chief if I could leave and see what this was about, who said that was fine. I knew it had to have been a mistake. I’ve been living at this complex for nearly 5 months, and have never left trash outside of my apartment and management wouldn’t assume that I did. I showed up at 4 o’clock on Friday and management had decided that they would leave early without any explanation. I left a polite message stating my situation, and received no reply. Today I again left work early to talk to management and find out why I have been fined without inquiry or even the decency to call me back before I leave a fire station to pay a fine for something I didn't do. I don’t expect anyone to understand the inconvenience of leaving a fire station during the middle of a shift, but it is clear that responsibility paying rent, and paying my fines without question is not the response that this complex is looking for. With that said I will now spend the rest of my contract striving to find the most responsible and respectful response to situations that management has no intention of stopping from hitting me.

I lived here around 1 1/2 years and absolutely loved it. Quiet and safe living community. They host complex parties in the clubhouse so you can get to know others living there. The apartment manager Allison is the best! I’d recommend living here!
