It's a dorm so what do you expect. It has a newer refreshed look down stairs. Typical split style rooms. Rooms look the same as they did 30 years ago. Definitely need an update, but good enough for a college kid. Restroom is shared but the floor but we're in surprisingly nice shape.

Chitwood is a very nice dormitory... the views are SPECTACULAR from the higher floors. If your lucky... you can get assigned the penthouse suite if you RUSH Pi Kappa Alpha!!

I was not a fan of this dorm. Although I was in it when it was all guys, it was really dirty, extremely loud, bathroom toilets we're always clogged, and there was always vomit on there stairs.

Always smells like vomit, has constant fire alarms and evacuations. Expect to fall asleep to the sound of boinking above, below, and possibly 2 feet to your left. The adjacent girl's dorm is connected through the lobby and offers free entertainment every weekend morning with consistent walks of shame.
