Only lived here 2 months and boy do I regret it. The manager is an air head. The leasing agent is completely snotty and rude. And absolutely infested with roaches! Maintenance? What maintenance? Those guys are a bunch of lazy no good low lifes! They don’t do anything!! Parking is a joke, they towed my vehicle from a guest spot and refused to give it back! Lost a job because of it, fell behind on rent, and instead of doing the right thing they evicted us as soon as they could over a problem they cause.. Stay away from these apartments! Just scroll i’m not the only one! They are cowards and were mad I discovered their honey hole of ripping people off in unmarked spots! It’s the gift that keeps giving

Best apartments I've ever stayed in. The office staff and management are very nice and helpful. The maintenance team always come if I need anything. No issues with parking at all. I almost forgot I have neighbors, they are quiet and nice. I don't have to go anywhere to shop readout because there are a lot of places all around the area. I've been in Lubbock almost a year now and I'm glad I chose to live here. No regrets. Thanks Veronica for being the best

my girlfriend and I lived in the apartments for about year and half and we would till anyone to come live here because staff is just best of the best and Kierstyn is the apartment manger she is just a blessing to be around. great about just bring someone that will listen and try to help any way she can. Veronica is just outstanding to deal with go out of her way to help get you ready to move in and getting all of your paper work together make move so much easier and is a easy person to talk and dependable like all the staff here is . Matt is the maintenance men work so hard to make sure that all of issue that come up are fix as soon as he can.. I have had some health issue that has made me quite working for some time and they all have been awesome about working with us. this staff have made club fun and safe and comfortable place to live and call home

When I moved in, about 2 and a half years ago, it was older but the rates were cheaper and it was a more pleasant environment. I am very glad my lease is up in a month, because now I have a problem with bugs (roaches and ants), loud and disrespectful neighbors and their pets, there is ongoing construction that even takes place on Saturday mornings, and they have started selling reserved parking spots, so parking is bad here now too. At one point I was actually towed from the parking lot here from an unreserved spot, after they implemented a sticker system while I was on a week long out of town trip, and was never made aware. Rent rates have gone up every time I renew my lease, and theft seems to be an issue here as neighbors have gotten things stolen from the laundromat, and I had some flowerpots stolen (they left the dirt though). One positive thing for students: they do offer the ability to basically use your apartment for storage for up to 2 months during the summer for a highly reduced rate. Still doesnt outweigh the situation they have going on now but at least it's one good thing. 11-7 You know when you want to just come home and relax? Well good luck doing that when the construction crew here is working overtime. 11-18 Another great thing about the ongoing construction is that they dont clean up behind themselves and leave the complex littered with trash. This is important to realize because YOU WILL get your tires popped by the nails and screws they leave lying in the parking lot. 12-8 One upside to this place is that there is no noise ordinance. Feel free to smoke crack and pace around your apartment all night, or practice your DJ sets at 7 AM like I do.

I feel like I got my money's worth at this place. The buildings themselves are older, but generally well maintained. It doesn't have the flashy fixtures or upgraded appliances, but everything was great for the price. The staff is amazing. I never had problems contacting the office manager, and my service was always great and prompt. The maintenance guy is polite, helpful, and accommodating. I felt well taken care of. Overall, a positive living experience. If I didn't have to move out of Lubbock, I would have stayed.
