I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years and I can really say this is a community, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The front staff is very welcoming, organized and efficient! Malakye, Lisa, Kayla , Delanie and Mariana are phenomenal! My apartment was nice and tidy upon move-in and maintenance themselves are very quick, efficient workers. Truly appreciate this complex and the people within in, I recommend it to anyone!

Amazing apartment complex for any student looking for housing! I am a student at Tech, and signing with Thrive was an amazing process! It was very simple and fast with their outstanding team and customer service:) Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to live that’s more than worth the price!

I have been living here the past two years and I’ve enjoyed it immensely! I have only had a couple issues with my apartment and maintenance and the front office have always been very kind and proactive in fixing the issue. I’ve already renewed my lease for a third year!

We’ve been living at Thrive in Lubbock for a little over two years now, and we’ve really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient — close to our workplace, restaurants, and shopping — and our apartment has been comfortable and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. We also love the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse — they’re clean and great for relaxing or meeting friends. The community feels safe and well cared for, and we’ve appreciated how quiet it usually is. Rent has gone up a little since we first moved in, but we feel the quality and convenience make it worth it. Overall, Thrive has been a great place for us to call home, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, safe apartment in Lubbock!
