The Sacramento Apartments

I was lucky enough to be recommended to this residence by my friend who lived before me, and had good experiences too. During the year that I had a rented apartment, I never had a problem with anything, on the contrary, the office team is very professional, always available to help, and giving fast feedback on any issue you need to resolve. Furthermore, the location is great, and the price is fair, I definitely recommend it to anyone who is studying or working at Texas Tech University and needs a place close to the university.

It's a residential building with several apartments. It has a small kitchen and a spacious open-plan living room (3.5 x 4m) with carpet. A large bedroom (approximately 4 x 4m) with a walk-in closet and carpet on the floor. Bathroom (3 x 1.5m) with bathtub and walk-in closet. The apartment has hot water and ventilation heating (hot air conditioning). The kitchen is equipped with a garbage disposal for organic waste. It comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are also cabinets above and below the sink and a small side cabinet. Very quiet environment.

Love these properties. Maintenance may not live on site but they respond so quickly it feels like they do.
