In less than a week since the new manager arrived, I’ve already seen a remarkable transformation in the building. Doors that had been broken for what felt like forever are now fixed, and even the gate that never closed properly is working perfectly. The whole place feels fresher, warmer—like a real home. But what means the most isn’t just the repairs—it’s the energy and kindness the manager brings every day. Every time I come and go from work, they’re always in a genuinely good mood. That positive spirit is contagious and honestly brightens my day in ways I didn’t expect. It makes this place feel cared for, safe, and full of hope. It’s rare to find someone who steps in and doesn’t just fix problems but truly cares about the people who live here. I’m so grateful for their dedication and heart.
