The property manager does her best despite the fact that the maintenance guys has been neglecting their responsibilities to address and fix the tenant's issues with refrigeration, roaches, and other related problems. Because the roaches are a major concern since they're invading in this complex. Plus, the constant yelling and screaming by neighboring tenants is another added headache to my conveinence. I'm definitely thinking about moving away from Texas for good.

FOR ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS Do not pick this place to live at, you’re better off with student housing. This place is super sketchy and makes you feel unsafe. There is a roach problem and mostly everyone there smokes so it’s gonna seek into your walls and your apartment is gonna smell like cigs, even your clothes. I had to sleep with a gun by my side every night just due to how unsafe I felt. Everyone stares at you, and you will also not get your deposit back!! It’s been 6 months since I moved out of that trash hole and haven’t gotten any deposit back or any message as to why!

Decent inside but definitely a little sketchy! There is always a lot of traffic in and out and hanging around. Everyone knows everyone so they hang around outside and r in and out of each other's apartments. Not really somewhere I would want to live due to the traffic.
