St. Abby Apartments

I have lived here for over half a year now and I am very pleased with my experience! The leasing office was welcoming and easy to work with when I was first touring apartments. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and the maintenance team is friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I have 2 dogs and St. Abby’s is kind and friendly to them, and not having monthly pet rent, just the one-time pet fee, was also a big plus for me. I like walking my dog around the Greek Circle at night because of the big lights, so that’s also really convenient for night-time dog walkers! My neighbors are also all friendly and welcoming. I am personally friends with a set of neighbors and pleasant with the rest, I’ve never had any issues or any complaints! All in all I would absolutely recommend St. Abby’s to people looking at moving in!

We have been living here for over 5 years and it has been great. The area we live in is so amazing and the staff that work here are great. They are very quick when we put in work orders. I also love that they are pet friendly and majority of the people who live in these apartments have dogs. You only pay the pet fee once. I do recommend any of JTI properties to live in.

St. Abby apartments are some of the clean and we'll maintained apartments I've ever stayed in! The staff is also amazing in having courtesy of their renters especially since I work night shift. Not once have I had any issue with them especially with maintenance it is always done timely and neat!
