I absolutely loved living here. My kids &&, I enjoyed our 3years at sage wood. Never had any issues The office ladies were the absolute best The maintenance men were so quick at fixing issues if we ever needed them. I hate saying goodbye to this place :( But I 100% will always recommend Sagewood 🫶🏻

I would recommend zero stars but it doesn’t allow it. This place is terrible! DO NOT RENT OR EVEN CONSIDER TOURING! The management and the corporate office are terrible it’s all about money for them! These apartments aren’t safe to live in at all! Nothing is kept up with and they don’t maintain them the way they should! For your safety and families go ANYWHERE ELSE. I have the pictures and proof of living here. I’ve made countless maintenance requests! I don’t appreciate how you guys do business. We’ve gotten a hold of the front desk and grassano properties! This isn’t a loving or caring place I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I love living here! Apartments are very nice. Onsight security. Friendly staff. Maintenance team is quick to address issues. Quiet. Access grocery store, gas station,restaurants, pharmacy etc. Safety first.

The best staff I’ve ever had!! They treat their people like family. They are always having activities to connect with the community. They helped me and my fiancé get a place quickly and swiftly when we first moved to Lubbock and didn’t have anywhere to go! Nevaeh and Tiffany make my day every-time I visit the office! We love being part of this sagewood family!

Where to start. This place is a cheaply built apartment that falls apart. I’ve never had more problems anywhere else than here. How am I going to get in trouble and charged for not removing my clothes when the dryers stop working halfway through or don’t even dry clothes properly at all. Every time I need maintenance to fix something it takes several days for them to contact me and try to fix the problem or they will rush through it and not even fix anything. Save your time and money and don’t live here. I’ve lived in both the one bedroom and two bed apartments. The office people are completely rude the second you try to stand up for yourself and will find any excuse to charge you money. Can’t get out of there fast enough
