Renaissance At North Park

Lived here for 9 months now and it is wonderful, very nice front desk ladies especially Holly. The outside yard patio is my favorite for my fur baby! I've had no issues with maintenance they are efficient and fast to get to your needs! No complaints here!

Overall I had a decent experience. Finding my apartment was difficult on move in day since no one showed me where it was located. I had several issues with the air conditioner. One of the staff at the front desk is very rude. Be wary of some of the reviews as the apartment complex incentivizes residents to write 5 stars reviews for them.

I truly enjoyed my time at Renaissance. As an incoming student, from the very first day I met the front desk ladies Hali, Holly & Whitney to moving out, they have always been so kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious - including a walk-in closet. The complex is also very quiet and was overall a very nice place to live at. Maintenance was very fast to complete work orders, and I also enjoyed the fact that it was less than a 10 minute drive from campus. There were a few issues throughout the year with the gate not working or being kept opened during the night. Also my code wasn’t working to allow my guests to enter at all during my stay here. And as others have also mentioned, I was surprised by the carpet cleaning fee despite leaving my carpet and entire apartment very clean on move-out. But the ladies at the front desk said it was a base charge for all tenants so just be aware of that. Overall, I did enjoy my stay at the Renaissance, but it was just a little too expensive for me. It is a luxury apartment so it comes with the territory, but that’s the main reason why I decided to move out. However, the apartment and atmosphere is amazing and it was a wonderful first apartment in Lubbock - I would definitely live here again if I could!
