DO NOT MOVE HERE. The rent might look decent on paper, but don’t let that fool you. Management will try to fine you or charge you extra any chance they get. It feels like they’re more interested in finding ways to make money off residents than actually maintaining the property. The entire complex feels like it’s falling apart. The AC breaks down constantly, the Wi-Fi is terrible and unreliable, and they seem to shut off the water every other day because of yet another “leak.” At this point, it’s become a normal occurrence. Maintenance takes forever because it seems like they only have one guy doing all the work for the entire property. When something breaks, don’t expect it to get fixed anytime soon. There are also frequent safety concerns. There are homeless people coming in and out of the complex all the time, and I’ve even heard stories about squatters staying in someone’s unit during the summer. One of the biggest issues I had was mold in my bathroom. Instead of properly removing and treating it, maintenance simply painted over it and called it a day. That’s not a fix—it’s covering up the problem. For the amount they charge, the condition of this place is unacceptable. Constant maintenance issues, poor management, unreliable utilities, and a property that feels neglected make this one of the worst places I’ve lived. You’re better off living literally anywhere else. Save yourself the headaches and avoid Raiders Walk.
