Peppertree Inn

I’ve been living at these apartments for 3 years now and I love it! It’s very peaceful and in close proximity to a lot of places in Lubbock. Highly recommend!

I moved into Peppertree Inn late 2021 and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property. The grounds have been meticulously maintained, with great landscaping and pathways that make every walk enjoyable. Beyond the aesthetic appeal, the overall atmosphere of the community has always been warm and welcoming. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. Ivan and Clifton from maintenance have been incredibly prompt and efficient. Any requests I've made have been handled swiftly, and Madison the property manager truly goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction and is commited to providing a comfortable and memorable living experience. Overall, I highly recommend Peppertree Inn to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly place to call home! Five stars all the way!

I love the greenery. The staff is so helpful and maintenence is quick. Apartment pricing is not ridiculous, its a really good deal. Cute and quaint kitchen, affordable on unit laundry and as well as a variety of options. No pet rent (afar from the initial deposit) and free covered parking is perfect as well!
