We had the full tour and the person in charge of it told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were very nice and clean, plus the entire complex felt like it was luxurious in terms of the looks. We also got treated with some snacks and drinks.

Worst student housing in Lubbock. Terrible part of town where the homeless walk around and harass the tenants and will send terrible apologies for inconveniences and not give you anything for it. The low rent they say is not how much you will be paying. Whatever they say, it’s definitely an extra $100-$200. And overcharge and gauge you with charges when you move out and will not work with you at all. Terrible staff and maintenance takes forever. Can’t say anything really good about it. Choose any other student living/apartment complex if you want a good living experience.

I have lived in multiple student apartments, and this place is by far the dirtiest, most unsafe, and disorganized I've encountered. The garage gate was often malfunctioning and frequently left open. This was a major safety concern because the apartment is located in an area with a high prevalence of homelessness. (Something I did not know prior to signing here). The elevator was consistently dirty, smelled awful, and the light never worked. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's overpriced, located in an unsafe area, and there are constant issues with cleanliness throughout the building. Management claims they are receptive to feedback and are working to fix their housekeeping problem, among other things, but my living experience never improved here. People at the front desk either aren't trained properly or there is a serious lack of communication and education here. My advice to you is to NOT SIGN HERE! You will be happier and most likely even save money elsewhere. Attached are photos of what I consider my fondest memory: larvae eggs growing in the hallway outside of my apartment floor. I reported this numerous times, and it took two weeks to get it taken care of.
