The management is rude and lies so much they never fixed anything the floors were cracking and tiles coming up they pick with people I hated this placed and for 1750 rent that’s crazy

It’s a super quiet and nice neighborhood I like it here but there’s so many kids here with nothing to do , the only thing we have is a basketball court and a swimming pool that is only open during the summer and most kids do not like to play basketball , the community has open space so I feel like they should build a park or playground or something on it !

Good eveving everyone, I have found a good and excellent community to dwelled in with my family as long as we're residing in Lubbock City, based on the excellent customer services rendered to us and others. Since Sister Ashily, took over, whatever position she's occupying has create a great difference with exceelent interactions as we expect. Her smile, Enthusiasm and Ethics as a office worker is great. Her presence in the Organization is a magnet to people especially I who writting this review. I recommend she stays there for life. She has all the qualities of Manager, Secretary, desk help etc. Ashily, I appreciate your excellent services. Keep it up!
