Deerfield Village

Deerfield has been welcoming and attentive since we moved in almost a year ago. The landscaping and property are well maintained, and the amenities like pool and dog park are great! As a single mom, safety is very important to me; I feel comfortable walking my dogs around the property. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves, and it’s surprisingly quiet even though it’s next to a busy intersection. Hidden gem for sure.

I love Deerfield village! The staff and maintenance have all been very accommodating and welcoming to me. It is very well kept and beautiful, the nature and landscaping is one of my favorite parts! Aside from that, my apartment is the perfect size and I feel very safe here. I love it here!

** I have been living at Deerfield since 2021** Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance is excellent and very friendly! they always go above and beyond. management is kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The pool is nice, and the property is very dog-friendly with a convenient dog park. They do have a nice washer and dryer room. I have never had to use it but once, and it was a positive experience. Parking is free and first come, first serve, which is a big plus. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and easy to get along with. There’s just one person he can be a bit of a turd, but every community has one! The only other downsides are that the water bill can run high and the trash fee feels a little steep. Still, it’s a great place overall and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly apartment to call home!

Living here has been a great experience! The real highlights for me have been staff, free covered parking, and the pool. The maintenance staff have all been friendly and our issues have been promptly addressed every time. Deerfield got me through college and is less than 10 minutes from TTU along with great places to study such as All About Cha and Gold Stripe.

We moved here 4 months ago from Utah, and so far our experience has only been positive. It was easy to set a move-in time, which for us was especially helpful having travelled between states. The apartment was clean when we got here, and our neighbors were friendly. The front office has been attentive to our needs. The facilities are pretty nice, and although we don't have a dog, the dog park is a nice option for people who need it. Overall, we have been very happy!
