I would stay away from this apartment if you’re able to. Long review incoming but worth it if you’re thinking of renting here. My husband and I had lived at Courtyards on the Park for the past 3 years. We’ve had mixed feelings about it and ultimately decided the cons outweighed the pros so we have moved on to another property. After two decent years of living here, we began to notice small bugs in our apartment that I hadn’t seen before and the pest control guy told us they were just “summer bugs”. Come to find out, they were baby German cockroaches. We cleaned and cleaned and requested pest control constantly and finally figured out it was the apartment downstairs that started the infestation (which they claimed wasn’t an infestation). We sealed any area we could see and sprayed our own pest control to try to prevent it getting worse. We waited about 6 months before being taken seriously by Dena but we still struggled with cockroaches until the end of our lease. Keep in mind, pest control would constantly tell us our apartment was the cleanest they’d been to throughout the complex, so it was not our fault. We also had to throw out a few of our appliances (including our $250 toaster oven we were gifted for our wedding) because they burrowed in the electrical area of those and we couldn’t get the dead ones out nor the eggs or poop without breaking said appliances. The shower was also “refinished” before we got into our apartment which turned out to be a bad paint job? About 5 months into living in this apartment, we started seeing peeling even though we were using non abrasive cleaning solutions. In order for it to be fixed, we had to leave our apartment for 3 days for the fumes to settle down but we weren’t able to do so given financial struggles, so we left with the shower peeling about two or three layers of paint off. On top of that, our water in the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold which was very annoying. We ended our time here uncomfortable and unhappy. The environment outside the complex is tough with there being trash (and panties left out at times), some domestic disputes, a broken brick wall, horrible smells coming from some areas, and a weird puddle that was never cleaned at the entrance. Our AC unit had mold in it as well that the apartment tried cleaning but it just continued to grow back, so I would check your AC units when moving in. Speaking of AC, with all bills paid, you can only control low, medium, and high. The office handles whether the AC or heater are turned on and we noticed after leaving, the AC probably never ran less than 76-78. We really did enjoy our home here at Courtyards for some time but we left being extremely disappointed and without things we loved due to them being invaded by cockroaches (about $700 worth of things thrown due to them getting so far into the circuit board). By all means, all bills paid is awesome, but you can probably find another place that would come out to the same or less than the rent here. Beware of the things that could make living here uncomfortable. They also charged us a whopping $3,200 for “repairs” (some were valid) which is insane given I’ve never been charged more than $600 from an apartment, including when we moved from a 3b/2b to our 1b/1b in the SAME complex. The whole place and management is very sketchy. I’m willing to elaborate on more if needed! Also, discounts were given for 5-star reviews so take that with a grain of salt.

Been here since the beginning of the year . Love the walks me and my kids have ! Beautiful scenery and patio space where they provide grills we can use to cook out if we wanted ! Love the Landlady Dena very friendly made sure i was in something that was fit for me and my family !! It also has a pool ! All around would definitely recommend to a family or a friend Second chance leasing is welcomed as well !! And it's pet friendly can't beat an all bills paid apartment like that .

The courtyard by the park apartments are in a very convenient location. I have enjoyed the close proximity of any of my favorite stores and my children's school. These Apartments are also very spacious and include a washer and dryer. ☺️
