Coronado Crossing Apartments

The rent here is amazing and affordable.The only thing is maybe we should put some type of security around our surrounding areas and more lights that light up when people are walking. A couple months ago our car mirror was broken while we were asleep find it like that going into work in the morning. Recently are mirror got stolen. I'd highly suggest having some type of security agreement with someone too put around the complex.

My family and I needed somewhere to go asap and Melissa helped us get into an apartment in 2 days. We have been here since December and we love it here ! Maintenance comes pretty quick same day service most times. Apartments are affordable and accomadate to my family . But I think the only thing I would say is putting more lights and cameras. Cause I work night shift and I come in pretty late and sometimes there will be people walking around the apartments. Also someone hit our car and damaged the mirror and said nothing . We definitely need to see who is hanging around .

Melissa is a great apartment manager, they work with you on anything you need whether it be rent or maintenance issues. The only thing I would recommend is putting more lighting outside especially in the front of the building and maybe some sort of security cameras.

I've lived here for 3 years i started in a 2 bedroom and now in a 3 bedroom and have never had any problems the apartment manager Melissa Raines is awesome and stays on top of as much as she can handle i won't be moving any time soon my kids love it too lots of friends

Living here at Coronado Apartments has been such a blessing to me, I’ve been here for over 12 years and has never had a problem when it comes to my well being in my apartment. I myself and most tenants wish if management could power wash or repaint the outside of the apartments, so much dirt over the years , has accumulated and it covers up the beauty of the color. Melissa Reins ( apartment manager) is the greatest, she loves her job and it shows. I’ve never met such a devoted kind caring lady, not just saying it, she shows it. Rent is affordable , washer and dryer on premises..apartments are nice and they get sprayed for bugs.. bills included with rent..Coronado Apartments is a home, if you make it a home, I’m in building A if you need advice about living here..🙌🏾🙌🏾
