I recently toured the property and had a great experience thanks to Mari!! She is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the apartments, amenities, and application process. The tour was very thorough and she made everything easy to understand without ever making it feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right place to live. If you’re planning to tour here, definitely ask for Mari as she made the whole experience really enjoyable!

I’ve been at Cooper Cove for almost a year now and I’ve seen some of the bad reviews, but let me tell you about my personal experience here. Before this I was at a more expensive and more upscale apartment and was constantly stressed living there that I’d choose Cooper Cove over them any day! I’ve had nothing but a positive experience since applying at this complex. The girls in the office are always so kind and understanding, willing to help and always answer any questions I have. It’s quiet, homey, and family-friendly. They have a 24/7 workout room with the essentials of what you need for a full body workout. You can rent out their party room for a small fee which is so cool! The pool is always clean when it’s pool season. I’ve never seen someone walk their dog without a leash, nor have any of the dogs barked at us. The last complex I lived at had a big issue with aggressive dogs always barking at neighbors and my son and I were actually attacked at our front door. This complex is quite the opposite with the quiet pups walking around. I live in a flat and I can NEVER hear my neighbors, whereas my last complex’s walls were so paper thin I could hear them talking in a regular tone. It was very annoying! The lots have a lot of cars parked, however we never seem to have trouble finding a parking spot and covered parking is only $25/month whereas the last complex was an extra $75-$100/month. Any maintenance request I’ve had was always fulfilled in a timely manner but I don’t ever have major maintenance issues living here to begin with, just minor fixes. Maintenance guy is super kind also! I’d recommend this place over and over again if I could! The only downfall I’d say was when we had the snow storm, there was ice/snow all over the parking lots/sidewalks so it was kind of dangerous to walk/drive through….but the last complex was the same way also, so I guess it’s never gonna be a perfect world when you’re in an apartment complex🤷🏻♀️ Needless to say, I will be sad the day I have to move out of here when we buy our home! 5 stars from me forever!

Not friendly nor welcoming leasing agent. Couldn’t even show me an empty apartment. Had called months prior and got a rude staff member on the phone. Only apt that couldn’t give me a tour so they lost me as a resident. Noticed trash on grounds as driving through.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Neighbors are great and location was ideal. THE STAFF IS AMAZING! I was renting at this location when I had a medical problem that caused my living conditions to require accommodations. I was ready to fight to get what I needed. I was able to have a single conversation with Donna, the property manager I believe, and everything was taken care of. I cant tell you how helpful they are. I came in a bit stand-offish and they helped me with love and compassion. Donna and the staff at coopercove are amazing people. I will be doing all I can to attest their quality!!

Cooper Cove Apartments is no longer the safe, welcoming community it once was. Management consistently allows dangerous and disruptive behavior to continue unchecked, while tenants who follow the rules are frustrated, stressed, and pushed out. Children frequently play unsupervised in parking areas, screaming, running, and skating near cars, creating serious hazards. Parking lots are for driving, not playing, and management has done nothing to enforce basic safety rules. This is a major risk to everyone living here—tenants, visitors, and the children themselves. Aggressive dogs on the property are not managed until after incidents occur. Even when they lunge or act aggressively, no preventive action is taken. As someone who has had their dog attacked before, I am not going through that trauma again just because management is too lazy or indifferent to enforce the rules that keep residents and their pets safe. Residents routinely ignore parking rules, and management does nothing to enforce them. Dog poop is left on the grass all over the complex, which is both gross and a health hazard. Apartment management is fully aware of the unsafe conditions, including the neglect of children, and has taken no meaningful action. Communication is poor, documentation is sloppy, and any attempt to enforce rules or hold management accountable is exhausting. Corporate management clearly does not care about tenant safety, community well-being, or accountability—only collecting rent. Good tenants are punished and forced out while bad tenants are effectively rewarded. The environment is stressful, unpredictable, and unsafe, with little regard for those trying to follow the rules. Living here is exhausting and anxiety-inducing, and even routine daily life can be disrupted by unchecked hazards. Management’s inaction is not just negligent—it puts everyone living here at risk. Allowing children to play unsupervised in areas meant for driving, ignoring aggressive dogs, and tolerating repeated rule-breaking makes this property unsafe and toxic. Responsible tenants are pushed out, dangerous behavior is allowed to continue, and the property no longer provides a secure or livable environment. Anyone considering moving here should be prepared to tolerate rule-breaking neighbors, unsafe conditions, and corporate indifference.
