As a Tech student I couldn't have wished for a better place to live than Clark Apts. Walking distance to campus & Walmart, peaceful neighbourhood and most importantly caring owners. They keep the place immaculate and manage the property very well. As an international student they made me feel like home. 100% recommended

I am international student.Great location for international students, near university ,kind owner,owner lives on site and very responsive to tenant concerns.all problems fast adressed. Great location, 5 minutes walk to campus, secure place, Internet and TV included.

I stayed here during my first year in the US. The landlord, Sharon, is really nice and she always helped me out when I counter some issues. Neighbors were also very nice and kind. The most important things are that they respect each other and are quiet. I can settle down in the US very well because of their help. I would like to say thanks to Sharon again. Sometimes I really miss this place.
