Calais at Elm Park

Lived in for 2 years 10 out of 10 place, would continue to live there if still based in Lubbock! -Location- Safe and next to a park -Community- Its full of dog walkers and young professionals, a few police live there too. No parties from tech -Management- Super friendly, service requests were always next day, when moving out they were reasonable with the move out charges -Noise- Practically none -Apartment- 800sqft for around 1,000 - good countertops, no one living above you They'll also let you go month to month after your initial rent! It was like 100-150$ more a month -Amenities- Two pools (well taken care of, not heated) Gym (was never packed)

Sunshine and Nayeli are fantastic. They’re incredibly helpful at the office and promptly respond to any inquiries. The apartment complex is great. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors, and the surroundings are so safe that I don’t have to worry about packages being left outside my door. There are minor pest issues, but they come out and spray once in a while, which helps a lot. Noise isn’t a problem either.

Sunshine & Nayeli are both amazing and so helpful with anything I may ever need or have questions on. They’re so sweet & go above and beyond for us residents. I’ve lived here going on 3 years & I love it here, truly feels like home. My dog even loves the girls up in the front office and the maintenance guys (Trevor & Andrew). Everyone is so friendly here and it’s so clean and welcoming. I love it here!!
