Bentwood Apartments

currently live here, it's been nothing but issues since day one. roaches when we first moved in, gone after we got it sprayed but had to live with it for upwards of a month and a half. and then they didn't clean the roach poop off the walls. the shower is a pain just to figure out and turn on. the washing machines will stain your clothes and they will do nothing about it. maintenance will say "i'll come by tomorrow to fix this" and then never show up. we had listed specifically on our portal to not have the maintenance come in unless we open the door for them. they came in when i was asleep, the lady up front lied about it and said "you would have woken up because they say "maintenance". my husband walked down livid and they told him they were going on lunch and he would have to come back in an hour. old management was way better. extremely minimal storage in the entire apartment. our closet strongly smells of weed because of the people around us. lawn care people outside of your apartment for hours on end like once a week so good luck relaxing. loud cars on the main roads at all hours of the night. you can see to the outside through the door on our balcony, perfect for bugs to get in. the light above our stairs has been burnt out since we moved in. wasn't cleaned properly when we moved in so we did it ourselves. our front door was coming apart and maintenance's solution was to drill a nail straight through it to hold it together. 5 outlets either don't work or are too loose to hold anything in it. truly shocked at the amount we are paying for the quality we got. 745$ a month for literal garbage.

The front office staff is very responsive and acommodating. The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and a delight to talk to. The landscaping staff keeps the place looking great. They have all made great efforts to make the community better and they show no signs of slowing that down. Bentwood is a great place for new beginings and long stays. Thank you all for everything you do.
