Very nice apartments at a great price!

The entire team was amazing to work with they were very fast and easy and the apartment is very nice and maintenance gets in very quick!

Bella Villas has been nothing short of an amazing living space. Bree and Madison are both really nice and respectful, and maintenance is quick to fix an issue. I would recommend Bella Villas for anyone looking for a place to live. 10/10 experience.

I do not recommend this place. At the time of move in we paid a $300 deposit thinking we would receive it back but at the time of move out they claimed it was a “security charge” which we were never informed about. We moved out in November after being here for 2 years just to be charged 700 for “cleaning fees & damages” me & my husband are adults what kind of damage can you do that’s worth 700 dollars. We came back & cleaned the whole apartment before we turned in our keys. Our apartment was on the corner near the grass & we repeatedly asked the front office if there was something they can do about the sprinklers that went off every single day including in the winter. My husband’s car was left with harsh water marks that still are on there, we spent over 800 dollars in car detailing. They told us to park across the street. We also got both of our cars broken into while we stayed there. We were paying over 1200 in rent but still were charged for every single thing I can go on and on.
