This is a great place to live. Ms. Betty (the landlord) is always helping out and making sure everything is in working order. And she doesn’t take no drama she makes sure everything is peaceful. And it’s affordable place as well all bills paid can’t beat that in this economy!!!

Very well up kept apartments, very clean, great pricing and pet friendly to their limit. The landlady Miss Betty is very cooperative with any issues you may need to discuss with her about your apartment. 24/7 onsite washers and dryers $4.00 per one load very peaceful and quiet at night and doesn't put up wih any trouble.

Great place to live and the management miss Betty is just the best. Always up bet and happy to help. Cares about her people. Has a very cool night time . People come out and sit out and get to know each other and let their dogs get to know each other as well. Right in front of a day care and right up or down from a store. Its a must see
