I recently moved in at the beginning of April and the move in process was extremely smooth and easy. Kennedy was the leasing consultant that me and my roomie spoke with and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was extremely accommodating to our questions and knowledge about seasonal promotions and offers for new Tennants. And Sebastian was super helpful in getting out lease sorted and our utilities. The maintenance is extremely responsive and the units themselves are well kept in preparation of moving. The apartment complex has plenty on site facilities and I'd absolutely recommend a stay if your looking for friendly staff and great apartments.

The way an apartment complex handles maintenance is very important for overall quality of life while living there. The former maintenance manager was hit and miss, not very consistent . . . but since Selena has been in charge, things are really being taken care of promptly and properly. Since she has been here, it's been a much simpler process putting in maintenance requests and having them taken care of, which is awesome!
