Wish I could leave 0 stars. I went in today to talk about academic leasing terms and when I arrived the lady at the front desk gave off a weird vibe. I said that we had taken a tour yesterday and when we asked how much the academic lease was she said $619 for an academic lease, however when I went to fill out the application later that day, the academic lease said $834. Nobody working there told us about this and when I talked to the front desk lady she said there was no way that the person giving us the tour yesterday would have said that the academic lease was $619. I described the lady who gave us the tour and she asked the lady what she had said. When she came back she told me that the lady did not say that the price was $619 yesterday and I quote, “I’m not going to play he said she said.” When the lady told me this I was shocked that someone who tries to sell housing would talk like that. WHAT MAKES HER THINK THAT I WOUOD WANT TO SIGN A LEASE SHEB I AM BEING TREATED LIKE THAT AND I AM NOT EVEN A RESIDENT? My first impression of this place was good. I was ready to sign the lease. I ended up not signing the lease because they were not upfront about their prices and fees. I am glad I did not sign a lease because I was treated terribly and felt unheard when talking about this issue with the front desk.

Highly recommend finding somewhere else to live!! My roommates and I have been dealing with a broken AC for a month and a half with lies saying that it had been fixed only for it to still be hot in our apartment. Only took about 6 service requests and going up to the front office and trying to talk to management for it to finally be fixed (or so I hope). On top of this, they are misplacing our packages when they are supposed to be checking IDs. We are paying far too much for things like this to be happening with bad customer service from the front office people, maintenance, and management.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! This place is terrible! I had multiple random charges come across my account that I was required to pay, as well as many lost packages from their mail system. The people working the front desk know NOTHING and will not help you at all. WAYYYYYY Overpriced for what they offer. Cannot stress enough how much you should NOT apply here

I lived here for 2 years. My bike was stolen off of my SECOND floor balcony. Perhaps my fault for not chaining it up, but like how the heck can you expect that to happen, for someone to CLIMB up there and steal it, really?! The gate was never closed either, and they had the same gate passcode for at least the past 4 years. Nothing the staff could do in that situation and the police department could only say when I reported it "yeah that happens in that area" so take that as you will... Other than that the staff were always nice, the bus stop right outside is also nice, and I was happy they had a free printer to use (have to supply your own paper though....). This is your typical college housing outside of campus. I'd say it's above average, the pool area is nice, they usually answered maintenance help requests in day or so. The complaints about people partying and the walls being paper thin are valid. Partying woke me up like maybe twice the entire time I lived there but during the day it is fairly quiet. My only solution is to NEVER live with randoms. Honestly really not that bad of a place if you're not stupid and you pay your rent on time, park in your own spot, don't damage your unit, and don't keep your bike outside......

I just moved out of 21 and I CONTINUE TO GET CHARGES EVEN THOUGH I DON'T LIVE THERE. They continue to fee you for utilities for the summer even after your forced move out date. It is also just way too expensive for what it is. There is so much partying and there were multiple gun issues. I literally never slept because the walls are so thin and the after-hours officers were no help. Additionally, when moving in, it was so dirty and the only furniture provided was ripped up and trashed, and although they said we could request new furniture it never happened. The only nice thing is the pool.
