***** UPDATE***** I spoke to the office about the cats and the residents are getting so upset about the infestation that someone on the property is POISONING the stray cats! Also someone decapitated a cat in 2025. The current situation with poisoning the strays is very concerning because if there is poison around the property, there are people with dogs and they may become sick as well. It’s so sad to see that the office knows about this infestation and how much it is affecting the residence and they still are doing nothing to fix the issue. No traps no animal control. The office is actually praising the residents that are feeding these stray cats around the property because they say at least the cats are eating real food not poison. I say the cats should be in an animal shelter. The cats fight outside people’s window and you can hear them at 2 o’clock in the morning! Also, I let the apartment complex know I was going to be late on rent for the first time in the whole year I have lived here. I kept in contact with them. Mind you I told him I was going to pay on the sixth and late fee start on the fourth which I told them I have no problem paying because I understand it is my own responsibility to pay on time. They called me every single day and on the day I told them I was going to pay. They called me and left a message while I was asleep at 10 AM. Said they were gonna put notices out the next day and within seven minutes of that voicemail I had a lady banging on my door louder than what the police would with a notice to pay. I was going to wait until 12 PM when I got up for work, but apparently that was not OK for Betty. *********************************************** This place is INFESTED with stray cats! The tenants feed them off their porches. The cats fight outside and lay on top of people’s cars. There are new litters of kittens born almost every week. If you have a dog be careful the complex is infested with fleas in the grass around the complex because of the strays. The office does nothing about the issue. Moved into an apartment with obviously old carpet. Took 3 weeks for them to stop arguing with me and get the carpets replaced. The tile in the shower I can see they didn’t clean or scrap off previous paint and there are peoples hairs painted over! I reported it all they did was respray the tubs nothing done to the tile! Like what?! Also a lot of black mold inside the apartments. I could smell it when I first turned on the AC. Visible black mold inside the bathrooms. I told the office about it and they sent maintenance, he just put caulking over the mold! There’s a plumbing issues that needs major repair and they do make shift fixes for it. Toilet water leaking under the vinyl floors, the vinyl turning black from the liquid damage. No replacement of the vinyl just told that the leak was “fixed” and the water will dry up. The water is coming from the toilets! So mold, fleas, stray cats, maintenance issues “kind of” being fixed. This place has 1 good maintenance man I feel so bad for him. I think his name is drew. They replaced people in the office and there’s a lady in there I heard her going into a vacant apt I knew the ppl that used to live there. When she comes out she is hollering to her colleague how it smells like curry in the apt like she was so disgusted. What a racist thing to say and the ppl weren’t foreign who lived there. And I happen to like curry! Overall one of the worst places to live in off Northgate Dr.

I have been extremely disappointed with the maintenance and overall responsiveness at this property. Within my first month of living here, my dishwasher did not work. I had to email, call, and physically go to the office multiple times before it was finally replaced. There was little to no communication unless I followed up repeatedly. Since then, I’ve had ongoing issues with both of my toilets running, to the point where this is now a weekly problem. When this happens, I am unable to properly use either bathroom. Work orders are frequently put on hold, and maintenance often takes days to respond to issues that should be resolved quickly. Emails are rarely answered, and I constantly have to follow up just to get basic maintenance addressed. I have never lived anywhere where I had to email management weekly just to have essential appliances and plumbing function properly. The lack of urgency, communication, and long-term solutions has been incredibly frustrating. I expect better maintenance support and responsiveness, especially for issues that impact basic living conditions. I would never recommend anyone live here.

Maintenance guy Drew Halk came on a Saturday and repaired a faulty AC the part they needed was sent from the supplier but was wrong size so he spend many hours getting a part from an unoccupied intricate installing that. Ok it’s not new but it did the job. Thank you Drew, a very nice guy very friendly and made sure everything worked fine. Great job!

So glad i no longer live here! Be careful when moving here. Its old and run down. The staff got attitude issues and half the time dont know what their talking about. They will charge you for every little thing. Make sure when you move out you take pictures and videos for everything. I cleaned my whole apartment and they tried to charge me $60 - $90 for a "cleanup fee" cause they found a speckle of dust under the stovehood. I fought that with the video and got it removed. If i didnt have video, they would have used that to lie and not fix it. Leaking in one bedrooms and bad ventilation in the townhomes. Constantly dusting everytime you clean the same day. Water pipes was so messed up. Once you got hot water, no cold water and vice versa. First apartments where my car got stolen out of. Never put up cameras like they promised the last few years. Looking for a place to live? Then don't choose this one. If you do, then good luck!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience with Cynthia! Cynthia, the assistant manager at Woodland Hills Apartments, is truly the best. She’s super friendly, always helpful, and always makes sure any issue with my home is taken care of quickly. I actually enjoy coming into the office just to chit-chat with her — she’s that great!
