I came to get some information and details about the townhomes and the surrounding neighborhoods and Karina the property manager was amazing help. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me a good experience.

I came to get more information and Karina was really helpful, and she answered all my questions. She was very polite and professional. Having a good manager at the property makes anyone want to move it. Definitely recommend this place!!

Oh my god!! What the hell!! Did just happened right now! 09/12/2022@ 1:00pm i just called to check if there's any property available they answer the phone in spanish saying "Bueno" bueno!! So i had to talk to her in spanish i though i had the wrong number she didn't give me no answers at all she also had so much noise in the background her kid playing video game i told her to please lower her volumen, i couldn't hear what she was saying she satrt getting very rude, yelling at me i tolde her please be professional am just calling because i need an apartment and she just well i told you already, and she hang up on me!!!! Please owner of the Williams Bend Townhomes do something this lady doesn't deserve to be manager of those beautiful complex.
