Westloop at the Diamond Interchange

This apartment is great however there’s been multiple nights in a single week where I come back from work and there legitimately isn’t a single parking spot available causing me to wait for 30-45 minutes for somebody to leave. It’s actually kind of ridiculous most days I have to walk 0.10-0.15 miles to my building because I have to park wherever I can. This is the only place I’ve ever lived at where it’s been this much of a problem. It seems like they built the buildings then forgot they have to add enough parking spaces to accommodate for the amount of apartments there are.

I had such a great experience with Westloop Apartments! From the very first tour all the way through move-in, Taylar was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Her colleague, Zatoria, is just as sweet and welcoming, the whole front office team truly makes you feel valued. I ran into an issue with an incorrect credit dispute, and Taylar worked with me/even held the apartment until everything was cleared. That level of understanding and support meant so much. They also gave me extra time to submit my ESA documentation when I was having trouble with PetScreening, which took a huge weight off my shoulders with the move. The property itself is super clean and very well maintained. Maintenance requests are answered asap, which is rare and so appreciated. The access to amenities (including package room)are also very secure, which makes me feel safe and comfortable about packages not being stolen. The apartment is beautiful, super spacious, well-designed, with a yard and truly feels like home. The community is calm and peaceful, and the location is perfect, central to everything you need. If you are looking for a place with caring management, quick maintenance, and a clean, secure, beautiful community, I highly recommend Westloop Apartments!

The Pros: - Amazing clubhouse and pool - Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly - Parking is great, only once coming back early hours did we have to park a building away - Very safe neighborhood with great sidewalks, we’ve gone on nightly walks and always feel safe - View from our apartment of the Dallas skyline is beautiful - Very quiet neighbors, we’ve rarely heard loud noise (although we did choose the top floor for this reason specifically lol) - Good food truck events, wish we could attend the events they have during the workday at the clubhouse - Very clean and modern apartment, the tall ceilings make the space seem much bigger than it is - Closeness to the freeway means shorter drives and less traffic! Others have complained about the freeway noise but we do enjoy the nice little white noise it gives - Staff is very kind and have always been very welcoming to us. We appreciate the clear communication and community updates via email. We always seem to need something when Zatoria is working, and she has been amazing every time! The Cons: - Trash being left out during non-collection days during the summer made the whole building stink! That is on the neighbors though, not the apartment. They did send several emails so hopefully this summer will smell better lol. Also a few times the trash collection company hasn’t come at all, though that hasn’t been an issue for a few months - Weed smell on the first floor of our building is insane - CAR SAFETY! Although we have not personally had our car broken into, a car we parked next to had its window smashed in and the glass was there for a week (they explained why, but it was still not great to have glass all over the lot lol). Recent reviews also say that they have had their car windows smashed too, I’m not sure if it’s the proximity to the college or what, but that is something to keep in mind. The gates sometimes don’t open at all on one side, or the other one is left open completely for a day or two. Not an inconvenience, I just wonder if that’s what has lead to the car window issues others have had. Overall, we have been very happy calling Westloop home and have really enjoyed living in this community!!

I want to thank Belle for everything she has done over the past two and a half years. From the very beginning, she made the apartment feel like more than just a place to live — she made it feel like home. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care never went unnoticed. Any time we had a question, concern, or simply needed guidance, she was always there with a reassuring presence and a willingness to help. That level of consistency and warmth is rare, and it meant more to us than words can fully express. We truly stayed as long as we did because of her. She created an environment where we felt valued, respected, and comfortable, and that made all the difference. Her professionalism paired with her personal touch turned our time here into a meaningful chapter of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication she showed us, and we will always remember her as a huge reason this place felt like home for so long. So, if you want a place to feel like home!!! This is the place to live❤️

I am about to finish my 12-month lease here and am absolutely HEARTBROKEN to be moving. I fell in love with this place the moment I toured because the staff was (and has always been) engaging, thoughtful, and consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I’m moving solely due to my extremely long daily commute to work, but I honestly haven’t found another apartment that even comes close to meeting the standards and beauty of Westloop. First off, valet trash is NEVER a problem here. The service Westloop uses clearly values quality just as much as Westloop itself does. Maintenance is incredible — requests are addressed almost immediately, and they always respect my space (which matters a lot because I’m a clean freak and I have cats). The groundskeeping is immaculate. You can tell it’s maintained constantly — I have literally seen them MOP CONCRETE. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes about the care this staff puts into the property. The thoughtful cleaning definitely affects your unit because I haven’t seen a single bug in my unit or hallway while living here… I also have to mention the apartment-hosted events. I’m not a very social person, but I genuinely enjoy stopping by for a drink or two and getting such a warm welcome from the staff. They always make me feel like I belong. When I first read the reviews prior to living here, I was scared because of the reviews… but I haven’t had ANY of the problems I read about, so you can tell that management takes things seriously and addresses concerns when they can. Finally, if you’re considering living here but hesitating because of the price — just do it! You’re paying for a top-tier location, an amazing community, outstanding staff, and so much more. I’m not even exaggerating when I say this place’s quality extends beyond your unit… even the MAILMAN is kind. I’ll miss you, Westloop!!!
